Re: White Flash Before Sleep

I find it happens whenever there's music playing in my head when I'm falling asleep. Slowly it gets louder and more complicated, then it feels like somebody hit me and it all suddenly stops. It's disappointing; I usually like the music. :(

I simply thought considering it's one of the biggest, most expensive and complex (if not THE biggest, most expensive, and complex) pieces of machinery ever built, Murphy's Law will have a field day with all the potential things that could go wrong.

I fail to see why it's surprising.

I had a lucid dream. I jumped, and I just kept going like a foot about the ground. So I thought "Crap, I must be dreaming." I climbed up on a picnic table, and saw my reflection in a window. I was wearing a police dress kinda thing. So I tried to turn into a serpent as I do, but it didn't ...

I'm unsure if it's really weird, but when I'm out bike riding (which I do everywhere - I'd be quite hindered without my bike) I always sing loudly, often in falsetto. It probably annoys people, but since I quickly ride out of their vicinity anyway I think it's okay.

To tell the truth the lyrics I like most are the inane ones. They have to be pretentiously inane though, not just poorly written. Yes and Animal Collective are good examples, with their metaphorical and sometimes mystical gibberish.
