Re: Flatbread. Fact or Fiction?

Material. Whoever above said that corn tortillas lack the necessary gluten to become larger in diameter without ripping was correct, corn is a crumbly beast. That said, temp and humidity does have something to do with it, dry tortillas rip easily, warm tortillas don't. Carlington: you want tomatillo...

Re: Flatbread. Fact or Fiction?

I feel it is worth noting that corn tortillas are very commonly used for enchiladas of varying kinds. Way better at that than wheat tortillas, they need to break apart easily when covered in cheese and salsa verde. Cutting them would be a pain in the dick otherwise.

I've had a bunch of experience with a color Z-corp and a little with a Stratasys in grad school (10 years ago). They definitely look to be getting a lot better and cheaper now. But it is one gadget that I've still had no interest in having of my own. I just can't imagine what I'd use one for, at le...

You're in KY, you get a pass on the flannel for now. Also, safety razors, when stored in a glass of mineral oil, basically never dull. They only ever do because oxidation in the wet shower.

Dyeing advice: good fucking luck finding someone to do it for cheap. Standard minimum for all-over color for men and women in the US is ~$60, moving upwards to $100 and $150 if you require multiple treatments (bleaching and dyeing are separate treatments.) What color is your hair naturally? If darke...

Re: [SAFESPACE] Woman Thread - All Things Women. Period.

Sorry if I offended anybody. I meant no harm. None was taken (speaking for myself), it's just annoying that everyone seems to think that anything other than 32-38 as a band size is weird. There are tons of people with tiny ribcages, and tons of people with wide ribcages, and it makes me sad that th...

My bra size is not weird. It is in fact so common that I couldn't find my actual size at a factory store that caters to my particular size range (sub 34A and over 38DDD.) Count your lucky stars, ladyfriend, I would give at least one toe to be able to find inexpensive bras regularly for the rest of m...

Re: [SAFESPACE] Woman Thread - All Things Women. Period.

Oh my god, I just bought bras that fit. Holy shit. I'm apparently a 28G, when I was wearing a 36C. The factory outlet I went to (the only place around that sells sizes under 32) only had one 28, and it didn't fit right because it was too plungey, so I bought a bunch of 30F that work almost as well. ...

Goddam acne. Just when one little red volcano seems to be dying down, or even dead, then it roars to life in one day, just in time for it to rain hell-fire upon my face for the next oh, I don't know, three, four weeks.
