I'm not too surprised about a C-section-allergy correlation, since I have the general viewpoint that non-natural operations (of any sort and with the broad definition of "operation") are directly related to health issues, given that we were, you know, built according to natural operations...

Unless they're driving shift you cant go past redline. The limiter stops the engine from going any faster.
