Re: Corrupt-a-wish

Granted. We throw a gorgeous party, followed by your sacrifice to appease Vulkan. We all eat a little bit of you to get magic tail powers.

I wish for this wish to never be granted.

Intel ballouts

Does anyone know where to access the ballouts for Skaylake-H and QM170?

Does this what if take into account the lower gravity as you go up making the stairs easier to climb?

When is last week's what if going to appear?

Oh, and the harvester/survival graph is obviously two uncorrelated data sets placed on the same graph as a marketing gimmick to get people to purchase more antiharvester protection suits.

Re: 1350: "Lorenz"

I feel like whenever Pikachu shows up, a line is forced to end. It's just so much to continue through, and doesn't leave much to write about. It's just the same joke over and over. I've only ever seen to the end of two of those sequences, and neither had a single branch at the end. Petition to remo...

I just realized that one of the current comic's slides is the snow hat guy destroying his laptop with a blowtorch

Re: 1350: "Lorenz"

This one seems to set the record for most distance traveled: http://xkcd.com/1350/#p:f250e8e2-baa1-11e3-800f-002590d77bdd However, I'm sure it's only a frame or two away from someone waking up from a dream. I don't have the link, but I had a really long one where they person went to space, woke up,...

Re: Is there a way to track the spread of a specific virus,

Actually, (all this information about every discovered virus, how the virus worked, how it was stopped, how many were infected, where it had the most infections, ...) is stored in a database somewhere. I don't know where/ip/that stuff, but for good reason, it's very restricted access. (Norton, Avast...

Speaking of red spiders, there's a sticker attached to one of the bike racks at my school which features black boxes with red spiders (Though they've faded and are now black). I wonder who put it there

Android vs. Java APIs

Running Java applications on Android is theoretically possible if the jar file is converted to a dex file. However, there is then the problem of differing APIs. I would like to write the missing libraries (or port), but have the issue of, where to start? This thread is a discussion of the more impor...

Hello, my name is Michael. I use to program a lot, but lately i'm more interested in hardware, and I like playing Minecraft. Also, I'm bad at spelling and grammer, so please don't bug me about that. This is partially to give us mods confirmation that you're not a spambot (they're clever, it can be h...
