My sister-in-law won't eat any meat from pigs, because she likes pigs. It's as simple as that. I don't think it's a moral thing or anything, she just thinks they're cute. I'd say it is a moral thing, just that it's not explicitly stated. She believes it is not moral to eat what she believes is cute...

Yeah, I have good headphones from having done music tech, thank goodness. I have to type it up word for word, which normally isn't so bad. I mean I've been doing this since December now, this one is just particularly irksome, especially since the person leading the discussion seems perfectly content...

The people in this focus group recording I am trying to type up keep talking over each other. This makes it very difficult to hear what any of them are saying! Some of them have a tendency to mumble too. Urgh. I am going to be up all night doing this.

The company I work for have a job opening in their office in London. I'm pretty sure I don't stand a chance of getting it, and idk where I would live if I did get it, but I'm applying anyway and will worry about details like that later.

On Pennsylvania: I know where it is (just south of New York?), and that it's named after some Welsh guy (Somebody Penn, I forget) and Philadelphia is there, right? So marginally more than Michigan I guess.
