I'm back on the crossfit after a two-week layoff. Um, I felt dizzy after doing fight gone bad. I kind of couldn't keep my eyes open, and it was as if the world was going round and round. Is this normal?

TIL that there is in existence a kind of didgeridoo that's like a box, divided up into compartments so that you have one long winding column of air, but you can carry it around in a briefcase. Awesome!
