You need a supergiant star to fuse iron. The core of a star to get to supergiant size has to be 1.4 times the total mass of our sun Any star that becomes a white dwarfs won't fuse higher than Carbon and a bit of Oxygen. Well the kitchen is getting ripped out. So I was hoping to get some suggestions on what you can cook in a lounge room to feed a family of four.
