Double Post: Count to a Million Edition

Postby Vytron » Fri Jun 20, 2014 7:13 am UTC

What is the biggest Forum Game thread that people still play regularly?

Count to a Million.

What is the highest growing Forum Game thread that was created the most recently?

Double Post

So it follows, logically, that, for a given future of the forum, a game that combines both ideas will both be the highest growing thread and biggest ever game (at the point we pass Count to a Million.)

And if this fails, I can always be the highest scorer in both Double Post threads :)

Rules:
*Post a number 1 higher than the last posted number (if they counted correctly, otherwise pretend they counted correctly). Your post can have any other extra content that you want.
*Post a picture in your page topper, it must be visible. You must edit your posts to edit a pic in if you didn't post one initially. Until you have a pic in the topper post, you can no longer post in the thread. If someone catches you posting without a topper pic on your page topper it's one strike. If you get 3 strikes you lose and your points will be divided by 2 forever.
*The goal is to wait as long as possible between double posting. Your score gain is the number of elapsed minutes squared, but only if no one posted in between. A triple post is counted as two intervals, each is squared separately.
*If you have a post or more with a wrong count, your score is 0.

Whenever we reach the target we check who has the most points and call it the current Champion Of The Thread! And then we continue counting higher, until we make it to a Million!

Current Chamipion:
Who

1953 Milestone Scores:

Who: 372149
adnapemit: 344137
Whizbang: 195408
Vytron: 190417
Earthling on Mars: 125839
faubiguy: 1299
ajh: 1078
SDK: 6

And, to keep the count synchronized with the Replies on the thread, the count starts at 0!

TLDR: Just post a 1.
