A couple of times. Always a bottle of wine. I'm teetotal (or should be, there's the occasional lapse), and promptly donate it back to the good cause.

Yes, when I was living in southern Mississippi. The temperature down there pretty much never gets below 50oF, except when my Boy Scout troop goes camping. One winter it got down to 15oF during both our December camping trip and our January camping trip.

I think so. I've eaten the catch from fishing trips with my dad and I have caught and killed a fair few of them.

No. (Sorry, I tend towards longer answers. See spoiler.)
Spoiler:
I've barely skated on the flat, except that I ended up inclining over until I was flat on my back both times, the moment I let go of the nearest wall. (OTOH, I've ice-skated fairly ok. I don't understand why the difference in aptitude.)

(And, to the previous question that I was going to answer earlier but didn't get round to: Yes. ~85 times, I think. And also O+.)

Not certain, but it's very likely. Arcade-style games, short shareware efforts, story-driven indie games and the like make that relatively straightforward compared to today's 100+ hour AAA titles.

Difficult to say for certain. That's actually a deep-seated philosophical question, at heart.
Spoiler:
I don't tend to mod in advantages (allowing War Elephant training in early-version Dwarf Fortress, perhaps, or hex editing the '94 version XCOM base savefiles to shortcut exploration of the development, but never actual resources), mostly if I mod I like to just play around to neither positive nor negative advantage ('flying' taxis in GTA 3, with their revolving trunk-lids), or for aesthetic changes..

There's my own creations, I suppose. When learning Pascal in the late '80s, changing the thruster behaviour of the cavern-navigating space-ship from up/down movement to up/down acceleration(/deceleration). Then when that was' mastered', up/down jerk, then up/down jounce, etc), and adding complexity to my current 'project', naturally, knowing that it'll probably never see the light of day.

And I think I've mentioned some of my more fiendish DOOM Wadfiles, elsewhere on this forum. I only knew what I'd done with them, I didn't make it any easier for me to win against anyone else who'd also knew the nature of the level. (I could have left clue artefacts in the textures, like the 'incidental' benches in hedge mazes that indicate the correct route in/out, but I chose not to.)
TL;DR; Yes, but 'advantage', and the lack of it, is sometimes a fuzzy/relative term, especially when one is expected (or given the trivial capability) to poke around in the internals. Personal challenges are best, anyway, and I'm not sure everyone would interpret my motives the same as me, consistently.

Have you ever seen yourself on broadcast television?
Lest you think I'm asking things I claim, I haven't. Even when I knew I likely should have been. Hell, I was even a film extra and couldn't say for certain I appeared even though I kept careful mental note of my movements in all the takes of all the scenes for all the days they were filming on that location. I blended in far too well!

Yeah, that's mostly creative rather than "I have created a +50000000 Hit-Guaranteed Sword of Going-First!", very much what I was thinking of.

Yes, I have seen myself on broadcast television. As part of an audience shot. Hey, it counts. And I like to keep a low visible profile these days, for various reasons, so not looking to go any further.

Have you ever had any writings published, in book/ebook/magazine/similar form?
