No. I've been at places where that is legal, and at times where that was possible but the car wouldn't go over 190 km/h

(Ummm.... Converts to MPH... Ah... ) Yes. Easier on hills1, but I can do it on the flat too. Not for ten, fifty, hundred miles, though, I've been more a sprinter (by that standard) and never was able to sustain.
