I can't perform operations on with10l's number in my head, so i just mentally ballpark it to log10 of itself: 800844404
R#12:800844405
R#13: 80084440513
R#15: 40042220256.5
R#18: 40042220250.5
Rule# 19: 3422
Rule#22: 34223422 = (34221711)2

Rule #1: Add a new rule with every post.
Rule #2: Count Up.
Rule #3: No Double posting.
Rule #4: Count only square numbers.
Rule #5: Every 7th post may add an exception to an existing rule.
Rule #6: As an alternative to Rule 4, you may post a palindromic number.
Rule #7: As an exception to Rule 3, you may double-post if there have been no posts in the thread for the last 72 hours.'
Rule #8: you may post 2 numbers rather than 1
Rule #9: Skip numbers if they are divisble by 7
Rule #10: If the next number is so high that you can't compute it in your head, you must take the logarithm of that number instead
Rule #11: If your number is a power of 2, then post it in binary.
Rule #12: If your number contains a "4", replace it with a "5". Only do this with the first "4" in your number.
Rule #13: Always append 13 to the end of your number
Rule #14: Rule 18 only applies to odd-numbered posts
Rule #15: Divide it by 2, then round up, unless the result was exact, in which case reapply this rule.
Rule #16: Every 23rd rule must repeal/overwrite/modify at least one previous rule
Rule #17: Only prime numbered rules can be meta-rules ( Meta rules are rules that affect or depend on other Rules)
Rule #18: If your number contains one or more 6 replace each 6 with a 0
rule #19: Apply Cube Root, then round up, unless the result was exact, in which case reapply this rule.
Rule #20: Posts add X red mana, where X is the number posted. Anyone may spend this mana to cast spells, but they must add a new spell to the spellbook. Players can only add a spell to the spellbook after they cast an existing spell.
Rule #21: Pagetoppers need to contain all the existing rules. Other posts don't, they may opt to ignore up to half, rounded up of the rules. As a guideline, use commenting slashes // on rules being ignored
Rule #22: After applying all other rules before this, you need to take the number to the power of itself.
Rule #23: Overwrites 16, Then modifies R#15, R#19 and R#21.

Fun fact: there is no rule about the order of the rules (except for rule #22)

Rule #24: you must not apply the rules in the normal order.

New number: 1e200

Old number: 34223422
#10: 12094
#13: 1209413
#12: 1209513
#spell effect: 82
#19: 4
#11: 100
#22: 100^100 = 1e200

I cast fireball
Red Mana: 1.90561e800844404
New spell #3: Manaburn. Spend all your mana to add 1 to the number.

I cast fireball 1 time and iceball 9.0561 × 10800844395 times. Next person has to multiply by 109.43096×10^800844395
Red Mana: 1.43272 × 1024839

New spell #4: Iceball. Next person has to multiply the number by 11.
