If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family Anatidae on our hands. –Douglas Adams

However, this is not the sort of device that the original conjecture was about. That was, quite specifically, a land sail craft. The Blackbird is a wind-turbine powered vehicle.

Motion Accepted

Rules:
Spoiler:
Rule 1: Anybody who posts in this thread is considered a player of this game of Nomy 2.0. A player is considered active if they posted in the thread in the last week.
Rule 2: A motion is a piece of text which defines changes to the state of the game or to the ruleset.
Rule 3: A player must make one motion in each of their posts, which can either be accepted or rejected by the following post. Players may not accept their own proposals.
Rule 4: If a motion is accepted, or the gamestate is otherwise changed, then the new state of the game and ruleset must be posted by that player. Violation of this rule does not invoke Rule 7, but does invoke Rule 8.
Rule 5: In the event that two rules conflict, the lower-numbered rule takes precedence.
Rule 6: All motions, retractions of motions, and votes on motions should be posted in bold in order to be valid.
Rule 7: Any post that violates the rules will have no effect, except as otherwise specified by another rule.
Rule 8: Each player has a number of points, initially 0, that gets decremented for each time they break a rule.
Rule 9: Players gain 1 point each time they either accept a motion or reject it, and give reason for that rejection.
Rule 10: Each player has a locations in the game world, specified by Cartesian coordinates. The game world has 4 spatial dimensions, so each location uses 4 coordinates: w, x, y, and z. In each player's first post after this rule's creation, they should choose their coordinates.
Rule 11: The w, x, y, and z coordinates of each player's location must be integers in the range -100 to 100 inclusive. All players who have posted coordinates outside this range will be relocated to the nearest permissible location.
Rule 12: Each pair of players shares an inventory, which can contain items which are defined by later rules, under the condition that the sum of the weights of the items in the inventory is 0.
Rule 13: Each item must have a complex number weight, be place-able and retrievable from the grid when the player is at the same location as the item, and that whatever currency that gets defined in the future (if any) must be stored as an item.
Rule 15: Players may freely propose trades of items. A trade will occur if all players sharing the involved inventories agree to it (i.e. all trades involve either 3 or 4 players), and it does not violate any other rules such as inventory conditions.
Rule 17: Motions that affect only current items don't need to be listed as a rule, and can instead be listed in Items in World (which would include a 'total' column).

Players:
Spoiler:
emlightened: 5 points, located at (50,-50, -50, 50)
orangedragonfire: 3 points, located at (1, 2, 3, 4)
faubiguy: 5 points, located at (100, -100, -100, 100)
SirGabriel: 2 points, located at (3, 3, -100, 100)

Inventories:
Spoiler:
(Empty inventories not listed.)

Items in world:
Spoiler:
Name: positions (weight x quantity) [extras]
Unweight: Everywhere (-i x infinity) (extra: costs 1 point to pick up)
Gold: (±50, ±50, ±50, ±50) (1 x 10)

Lionore = Queen Eleanor of Aquitaine (historical)
Sarar = Sarah Kerrigan, Queen of Blades(Starcraft 2)
Zagara = Broodmother Zagara of the Swarm (Starcraft 2)
Kagura = A mess up on my part, I thought it meant Japanese for fox, but it turns out I accidentally referenced an Inuyasha antagonist. Apparently Kagura is also from kitsune legends...
Kleis Patra = Queen Cleopatra (historical)
Borte = Wife of Ghengis Khan (historical)
Shebar =The Queen of Sheba (biblical/historical)
Pythadora = Queen Pythodorida of Pontus (historical)
Didor = The Carthaginian Queen Dido (historical)
Wutien = Chinese Empress Wu Xe Tien (historical)
Murmillar = The Murmillo, a type of gladiator
Retariusil = Retarius, another type of gladiator
Interesting note, the Retarius and Mrumillo were said to have fought one another. The Murmillo being the symbolic "fish" and the Retarius being the symbolic "fisherman."
