I'm not saying it's a lot, but there's a line just above the green ball thing that's white, one pixel thick. In Firefox 3.0.13 on Ubuntu.

9/10. I like it, it looks all neat and professional. Like a corporate logo or something. Contrasting that with your sig creates added cheese burns.

It is totally Hugh Laurie. And now it's a better (read: hopefully more recognisable) Hugh Laurie.

Is that a catface? It's definitely an animal face. 7/10 for general animal awesomeness, would be higher if I could tell what it was.

Okay, he's definitely more recognizable, but that picture makes him look stupid. 8/10
(also I just remembered that there's a new episode of house tonight :D )

Alsoalso, it's a guinea pig face. The round object in the upper left corner is an ear, and I don't think cats have round ears.

Okay, let's fine-tune it a bit more. (This would be easier if I didn't have so many Hugh Laurie avatars.)

Alsoalso, yay, guinea pigs. I couldn't tell it was an ear, just looked like a fuzzy round thing. 9/10 for the guinea pig (still not a very good angle).

As for the poster above me, 8/10 for furry animal goodness, but I can't tell what it is.

Reminds me vaguely of Penny Arcades rip on the emo kids, but mostly seems like it's a snippet of a very melancholy and awesome industrial wasteland high contrast photo where people are eeking out a living in a post apocalyptic wasteland. Yeah. Or something.

I figured it was time for a change. Ya?

Cute robot. 8/10.
Also, have you all just got your brightness turned down or something? I've already increased the brightness factor of my avatar as much as I can without it looking bad. Looking at it from a high angle on LCD screens also works if you're having brightness issues.
