The Flixternar gambit only works for underground stations sufficiently far from the city center. That doesn't leave me with much choice.

There seems to be far too little choice in this game right now. With no legal moves* I stay where I am:

Pass

* No legal moves that won't cost me more than 3 $MCG**.
** $MCG; $tandrd Mornington Crescent Games. When a Move*** gives you a disadvantage on future games, this is a handy unit to estimate how many games you can expect**** to lose that you would otherwise have won.
*** As defined in the Standard Strategy Reference Guide for Simple Games using Mornington Crescent as a Prime Example.
**** Within reason***.

I haven't played this before, so I'll be playing by reading along with a guide.
(It's a PDF, but missing the title page.I think it's by one "Andrey Morrison", my only complaint is that he does a poor job of explaining cross collateral units, but I get the general gist.)

I suppose I'll take a place on South Tottenham, I should be in a good position if a Levy Wave hits the 9th, yes?

I protest... the pipeline can't be activated under these conditions--the rules clearly require that a operating balance of 14 million grapevines and five pieces of incriminatory evidence be accrued, as stated in Article 17, subsection 322a. And one of said pieces is a fish that has clearly been handled under "suspicious circumstances" and so is inadmissible per the Salmon Act 1986. It is excluded from the count, and thus the victory conditions have not been met.

I appeal this game to the Court of Arbitration for Mornington Crescent. Months pass...

The result is upheld. Okay, fine, you win. New game?

Subsection 32.7B of the Crescent Almanac states that coaligned players may offer ratification for perpendicular moves, so... yes, you'll have to ratify that yourself later. Be sure to bring at least two forms of original identity document!

As the UK has just crossed the Medals Threshold in the MC Rulenbook (V3. Section 4, Para 19-27) I'm playing the Paralympics defense. This allows me to take any wheel-chair accessible station, rotate it about it's closest northern line node and multiply the resulting vector by the average footfall per-minute of Piccadilly on a wet Sunday afternoon, as you can see, this leaves me with something of a dilemma. I don't think either option is particularly terrible, so I'm going to go for Belsize Park

Oooooh, neither option is particularly terrible but the Belsize Park one does allow me to finesse the reverse escalators while there's no interchange at a station...

The oracle proclaims

Tube and a very limited services will need to use their journeys. Customers are advised to use their journeys.

No Hammersmith & City line services will run to help Londoners get around. Buses do not accept cash, so customers are expected to allow more times, and may be subject to short notice cancellations

Services on other Tube and river will need to use their continue their journeys. Customers are advised to be busier than usual.

More buses do not accept cash, so customers will run to help London

Therefore, Edgware Road

Using combinatorial game theory, the current state of play can be represented as a solution to the Diophantine equation *mumbles*... and so, we introduce the node L as another possible solution. Using Vieta jumping...*mumbles*... move the bishop to g4. Hence Maida Vale is optimal.
