Personally, I think it doesn't matter. In the near future, the glass will likely be empty. Glasses tend to be empty most of the time. It is also highly probably that in the not-so-distant future, the glass will break, and be left to decompose. If it does miraculously survive to the distant future, it is likely that as the sun grows hotter and phase-shifts into a red giant, the earths surface will no longer contain liquid water and the glass itself will cease to have purpose.

Quick measurement (using MS Paint! Yeah! :D) tells me the glass is just short of half-full, so could be just over half-empty. But, as the glass doesn't contain bacon, may as well be called empty.

neither, it's half full of water, and half full of air, so it's completely full.

The real question is why you should be asking someone took an upside down picture of that glass of water from their ceiling.

Are you pouring or drinking?

The glass is too big.

Who cares! It's going to be washed later, anyway!

Send it back to China.

"Who's been drinking my glass?"

Zen Master:
*nonchalantly drinks the water*

While pessimist and optimist argue... GRAB THE CUP AND DRINK!

It's only worth half of its net worth.

50% of its total capacity. That's it.

Well... Let x be the full value of the glass...
And y be the volume of water...
If x-y=y, then yes, it is neither.
Anything else? Who cares.

Make it double.

You need new glasses.

Who knows? It could be poison...

It's going to be empty, because that's the way it's supposed to be.

*breaks glass* What glass?

This table is not real wood!

Glass cutter:
The glass will break easily!

*gets some more cups, each of different amounts*
*uses a spoon and creates music*

I can't run around it, so I don't bother.
