Well, I'm not doing a show (see above post) but I see everybody else is waaaaaaay more interesting than me. :(

The most I think I can do is recite a monologue for your entertainment.

Oh god that's the best game ever. I kept laughing in the library and making people stare.

BTW, hello fellow Rochesterian!

..well there still needs to be a total of 5 right? Maybe I can sneak in to fill those numbers up. But it looks like I'll be rooting for MJ so I can road trip it with Ren.

h'okay. so.
take these videos and add:
more fire. looooots more fire.
more longevity. (times like 30 at least)
maybe some music.
more speed.
more skillz. way more skillz. (more variety)
and the general effect of "dude, this guy has big balls of fire whipping around him! awesome!"

and that might start to give you an idea of how awesome a fire poi show would be.

if you are lucky, i might screw up and light myself on fire for your entertainment as well.

I'm 23 and I'm not boring. Also, I have the most interesting voice of any person alive to date. Seriously, I won a prize. My car is made of Platinum and I poop doritos chips. I have blue eyes, a stunning personality, and am a father of 4.

edit: Also, if I don't win this, justice will cease to exist in the world. Can you live with yourself if that happens?

Here's my attempt again:

1. I'm a poor student

2. I'm travelling all the way from New Zealand to Halifax, it seems a shame to miss out on the xkcd meetup by less than 1000km.

3. You need a New Zealander to represent the awesomeness of the antipodes

4. I can play "the poo song" on guitar

5. I have an awesome leather jacket

6. Kittens!

7. Also, my beard is awesome:

8. I'll bring my trombone! and my Fortran 77 skillz.
