So it seems I remembered to check back on the meetups thread in time.

Any chance of an itinerary for Gojoe's next aus trip? Unfortunately I'm pretty kept up with uni work, but this time I won't have the snow calling and I can definitely afford at least one day.

I think now how to throw three stories high and ctach anyway. Well...if I could throw three stories high. Also, if you peeps are still going to be at UNSW in about three year, then there is a small minute chance of seeing me. If you are anywhere near the medicine block...and I make medicine...and I go to UNSW instead of USyd or UNewcastle. Still!

I have bad news guys...

Spoiler:
HERMAJ HAS NEVER PLAYED LASER TAG!

I mean what the hell! Someone has to let me know where an awesome place to go laser tagging in Sydney is. It is a bit too expensive to make it into a meet up. But If someone would like to join us in laser tagging, it is SO ON!

Sorry :(

I'm sorry to hear that. Maybe next time then?
Spoiler:
I am so in for laser tag. We can have it as a meetup, we just all pay our own way. Five dock has a place, its ok, and the only one I've been to. But I know that one at north strathfield opened up. And there are several others around the place.

Megan, what on Earth are you talking about? Clearly no-one's been talking about laser tag... And I'm very sad to hear that:
Spoiler:
Certain forumites haven't played.

But yeah, I'm cool for doing it. There's a place up in North Sydney that does midnight till dawn sessions if you people are feeling a bit crazy :P. It's money dependant though, as I'm currently a bit short, but it shouldn't be much more then 20 right?

So while I am in Sydney I will be buying a board game called last night on earth, which is a zombie board game... Would people like to play with me?

Pretty much one person controls all the zombies, and the other players each control one human, and its a battle between the two.

Couple of different scenarios. Happy fun fun times.

I used to work at laser tag near parra, you all might live far from there but the layout is in levels and was designed by the same people who did the matrix set.
The 2ic is still the same dude so he can set up a night with unlimited games and pizza for us for around 20 or so a head. I would have to check how much and would dep on how many people come.

http://www.coderedlaser.com.au

also... my sis works at one of the shitty pole and smoke amf ones now so she can wrangle cheap games too?? its $3 a game for her and up to 3 people she brings which would average out to be significantly cheaper...

$20 or so a head? Wow that's cheap. Last I remembered it could cost $30 for three 15 min games +pizza
*EDIT: $30 for three games is the price it says on the site there.
Also, randomly opening and closing doors sounds fun. *readies ambush tactics*
Also, parra is quite convenient for me.

A meetup in Parra sounds pretty convenient for me.

Parramatta is the most convenient for me, also. This sounds like a plan! Also, when you say unlimited pizza, how unlimited? Because I can eat a lot of pizza.

you would not want me to take that as a challenge, would you?

There used to be a pizza hut restaurant in Northmead that was all you can eat. I once did 2.5 large pizzas by myself at that place, back in the day.

I can eat 1 pizza if I'm hungry, but if challenged, I become known as the human vacuum.
