I keep starting to type something about not being able to think of anything to post, but then my fingers give up because they are better at recognizing futility than I am.

Probably a lot, considering not everyone is a member of the xkcd forums.

I meant everyone else referring to the other fora members.
And now I'm restating that to be the other fora members who post in this thread.
Still...that's a lot of thoughts.

... I'm not sure if I want to have posted in there or not. Before it got locked, anyway.

A little gem I found on the internet . . ..it is a little creepy/gross.
Spoiler:
I had this really hot dream about you on Thursday morning. I woke up hungover and decided to take a shower to do something about the hangover and to do something about the dream. But, when I went to do the deed in the shower, I discovered that I wasn't hungover but had food poisoning. Instead of jacking off to you, I wound up puking a hamburger all over myself in the shower. I want you to know this is not your fault.

Speaking of hats, I am tempted to search out a trilby for everyday use. I believe I shall.

Also, I maybe should have slept. Watching YouTube videos of banjo lessons, even though I do not own a banjo, is not an adequate replacement. Neither is watching Serenity, nor is talking to long-lost-and-recently-found Primary School chums. Well, I can sleep after going to the train station and also getting some food for this evenings tea.

University is like recovering from alcoholism in one respect: It begins with admission. In no other respect is it like recovery from alcoholism.

Actually I was thinking of (and eating) the little scotch pancakes that you buy already cooked, and then microwave for 30s.

This looks like a job for the Analogiser!

University is just like recovering from alcoholism: what was once a pleasant pursuit is eventually revealed to be a burden, and sooner or later it completely shatters your job prospects.
