Better analogy might be, place in cage and poke with stick. When walking the yard, terrorize and abuse.

Snap, Snap, head weave.

::gasp:: gnomes would never indulge in such illicitly acquired substances ! In my experience they are gentle folk more in common with pixies and twinklefaeries than the treacherous hive of villainy that are other magical creatures. Once again sir, gasp I say: gasp

Sir, you are correct, the Gnomes I've met ON THE ROAD, don't partake in such behavior in my presence. They prefer gallon O moonshine. They're not getting the content, but you better not twitch. Gentle nature is TBD.

Santa's Reindeer, Gnomes, and a few other creatures are said to eat red capped mushrooms with white spots....... That's how the reindeer get their ability to fly. In other parts of the world, Shaman eat these mushrooms and their followers drink the urine for a "religious trip".

And that's one to grow on!

IT'S A HOLIDAY IN CAMBODIA, THIS SONG WAS ON ALL NIGHT!

Seriously, I was sitting there last night on Guitar Hero III (because I didn't feel like being bombarded with requests to join my friend's games on Rock Band 2, or Guitar Hero) playing Holiday In Cambodia non-stop. Now I'm sitting here at work catching myself going "Pol, POT! Pol, POT! Pol, POT! Pol POT!"

I don't know about "ideal", but that sounds like you would be squinting a lot. Sounds like a win. Especially if you are in a rocking chair and have a cane to shake at people.

Actually I wouldn't be squinting at all. I've already tried this, and with just the left contact lens in, my vision is clear. My brain all-but-ignores the blurry signal coming from the right eye, and relies entirely on the left eye. The right eye serves only to give depth perception to big objects. It's not ideal because if I do that too much, my brain may learn to ignore my right eye completely even when both eyes have clear vision. And I wouldn't be so silly as to try to drive like that or anything. But for short durations it should be fine.

And by fine, I mean better than trying to wear a torn contact lens, possibly scratch up my cornea, get an eye infection and end up looking like a red-eyed hellbeast mid-transformation.

Well, looks like I'm in the clear. The optician had in stock a lens which isn't quite my prescription but close enough (same power, just without astigmatism correction), so I now have a pair of contact lenses which don't make me want to claw my eyes out. Excellent.

Dear Campbells Smoky Bacon Clam Chowder,

There is no flavor of 'smoky', of 'bacon', nor of 'clam', and I suppose you're correctly identified as 'chowder' in that you have potatoes and a high viscosity. I will not buy your product again, recommend you to my friends, nor brake if I see you crossing the street.

Sincerely,

MJ

I make awesome clam chowder. I tried something else with it too - adding mushrooms, the pieces and stems from a can. It added something.

I actually joke about there being a worldwide conspiracy against me eating mushrooms(run by blue eyed people). I went to three different restaurants on three different days in the space of a few weeks. Each time I ordered a steak, and the server asked if I wanted onions and mushrooms on/with the steak. Each time I said just mushrooms. Each time I did not receive said mushrooms.

The most parsimonious hypothesis is that there's a worldwide conspiracy to prevent you from eating mushrooms.

I forced myself to like mushrooms. Yep. I puked the first time I had a fried mushroom cap burger. Then I got a shroom and swiss burger from mickey dees and I was able to eat that without puking. So then I ate a raw mushroom. And I contracted Ebola.

I don't think our combo menus even go to 16, they stop at 8 or 10 I think. Maybe 12? At any rate, that burger is not on the McDonalds Canada website. Slightly disappointing, but probably better for my health.

RT:

Muscle Tone is not what all the pathetic commercial gyms say it is. Wikipedia has it right when they define it as: "the continuous and passive partial contraction of the muscles".

Now that we have that out of the way, there are two things that impact physique appearance (for a guy anyways). Big muscles, which are produced by Hypertrophy Training, and a low body fat, which is produced by a combination of diet and aerobic exercise.

Muscle Tone, and exercises aimed at making you more 'toned' are ridiculous. If you want to look ripped, get big, then lose fat, and you will. That is all.

*end rant*

It's hard being a newb again.

You wanna talk, but you can't until you search, and then you have to read. I'm ready to talk, hopefully there's just a page or 2, then I can participate. Oh, nope, there's like 6 or 12 or 300... I don't even know how much I should read.

I think I forgot how to act like a newb. Do like the boss man tells you, "Use the search function, post". Just post. Hah! What if I repeat someone else's beautiful thoughts? lol.

Oh well, time to start acting like a newb again. *saunters off*
