That is a lot of comics eSOAEM.

My list is thus:
Regularly
xkcd
Questionable Content

Once or twice a month or so
Cyanide and Happiness
A Softer World
Penny Arcade

Once or twice a year or so
Ctrl Alt Delete
Sandra and Woo

And before I finished it, Ozy and Millie regularly. I'm still sad Ozy and Millie is over.

There's blood stains on his shirt (mayday)
They say that he's gone berserk."

We do have a thread for webcomic lists. And I'd post mine, but I don't want to crash the fora.

Strange. Noticed over forty guests in the Mafia subforum. Totaled approximately one-quarter of all guests. Rarely sees more than five at this hour. Was at zero recently.

Amendment: Scared them away, despite posting here. Dwindled to two.

Amendment Two: Already posted. Will link the aforementioned webcomic list thread.

Amendment Three: Sixty-five in Serious Business now. Where next, hivemind?

Amendment Four: Dispersed. Affected the total number of guests weakly. Witnessed over thirty in Individual XKCD Comic Threads and over twenty in Coding and Gaming before that, though.

Likens them to fish. See also: XKCD number three hundred fifty.

Hi -

There's a wealth of statistics on how LGBT people are targets of crimes, but I'm wondering if there are statistics on the reverse - ie, is being LGBT correlated with committing more (or less) crimes? I'm curious and cannot find that.

Searched the Federal Bureau of Investigations website. Discovered nothing more than "Relationship of Victim to Offender", and in small numbers (example: Table Six).

Seems irrelevant to gather, outside of hate crimes. Imagine robbing a store. Captures you. Checks either a database, photographic identification, or something else. Why would Sexual Orientation be listed (or be important)? Or how would it be? "Came out to friends yesterday. Will announce it on Facebook tomorrow. Plans to come out to the police afterward."

A wave of search engine bots, perhaps? But those are normally listed separately, aren't they?

On comics, the only ones I read regularly are xkcd, Goblins, Order of the Stick and Something Positive. I glance at CAD and a couple of others from time to time.

Correct. Sees Google[Bot] and Yahoo[Bot] occasionally. Considered the bot idea too. Wondered about another SQL error also.

Should I be able to interpret this? At the least, I don't drink.

Also: another way to describe the xkcd crowd: FTL's default interpretation is faster than light instead of for the loss. I like it here.

Two restaurants on the hill. The people are full of it at the NRCC (one block from the restaurants) They terrorize old people for money. So, The bowl represents the area of D.C., the content represents the NRCC, and the swirly margarita ties the two...Oh, you don't know what a swirly is! Well, it's a type of margarita served at the Tortilla coast on capital hill and

Sigh, I wish I had a work shop with lots of machining tools. So many little things I've seen break that are too small to patch up ands pare parts are sometimes crazy expensive... £20 for a little piece of plastic? Psh... only if it was solid metal.
I know it's the whole supply demand thing, but would be easy to remake 10x stronger with the right tools.

The opposite. A full stop is a longer pause than a comma.

Okay, weird question here. I'm currently in the middle of trying to learn Spanish as a Second Language and I'm sort of looking for Spanish-Language Media that I can view as part of 'immersing myself in the language'. Can anyone here provide something to that effect?

Online resources would be preferred and I did find the 'Practice Spanish Thread' in the Languages Subforum, although that seems to have been neglected as of late...

In my public speaking class, we had an assignment to write a speech on how race has affected our life. And while I knew there was one kid in that class who was kind of "off", I certainly did not expect him to go all "white man's burden" on us. Nor did I expect him to refer to diversity as a "contaminogen". Nor did I expect him to pull an Optimus Prime plushie out of his pocket and say something about how, when it comes to race, there's more than meets the eye.

It was hilariously painful to witness. This is a high school senior, mind you.

There's always reading. For example, you could read articles on the Spanish Wikipedia. It won't help much with your speaking ability, of course.

Would simple Youtube videos suffice? Found one with English translated to Spanish. Try searching for Antena 3 broadcasts (or other Spanish channels) too.

What about changing language settings? Check Digital Video Discs and games. Notices the former more.
