You also have to understand "your score is" so that's at least 4.

I think I broke the Mail app on Windows. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, and it worked, but as it reloaded and was syncing my account again but now it's back to crash on open. So whatever is killing it is apparently on my Outlook account...

EDIT: Huh... I opened the People/Calendar apps (Mail, People, Calendar, and something else all come in one "app" package) and now it's working again... weird.

EDIT2: Actually, no, I think it was one of the e-mails I moved to a separate folder from my inbox (I moved it from the android app) because if I try to open the other folder the app crashes again.

So apparently there exists email input that can DoS the Mail app...

EDIT3: It also kills Outlook.com's view. What the fuck is wrong with that e-mail? I'll have to try the desktop outlook app on Friday. So far only the android app can even see the text.

I take solace in the fact that I completely crush other non-native speakers at this thing.

I may have crippling mental issues, but at least I win on internet points!

I got 27,600 as a native speaker. I know my Korean vocabulary is at about 10% of that (~2,500), after 1.5 years learning, so only another 15 years of daily study to go until I'm at a similar level there...

I highly recommend learning shit about physics. You start looking at things differently and trying to figure out why certain things happen, and it's really kind of mind-blowing.

Three nights ago I was looking at the moon, and it had the usual atmospheric glow around it but there was also this big plus sign of light. I was really confused until I realized I was looking through a screened window, and light was being diffracted by the horizontal/vertical grating.

Yeah... you may want to try eating shortly after waking, eating more or less six hours later, then eating a third time more or less six hours late. See if that does anything for you.

Or be like me, and get to where you kinda snack a little about five hours after waking, then actually eating a meal about ten hours after waking, and maybe snacking a bit later, then sleep again.

FRT: I heard about a very cheap, one-man backup service a few months back, and I'm fairly sure it was because it was mentioned somewhere on this forum. Annoyingly, the only actual details I can remember are, 1) someone saying that the UI was hard to use, and someone else responding that if the author increased his prices to improve it, he could make a fortune. 2) it charged cents per GB-month, 3) it was mostly unix-specific, and I think it had some reference to tars in the name. I can't find it anywhere on Google, though.

Anyone have any idea what I'm talking about?

Part of that's from direct effects on the neurons and the neurotransmitter system, but a good part is due to the disruption of regular sleeping and eating cycles and the effect that that has on the neurotransmitter system. I mean, I'm not so thick as to assume that sleep deprivation has no negative effects, I just didn't realise it had those effects specifically. Also, the eating patterns things is actually new to me - I always figured it didn't matter when I ate, so long as I did eat. I should probably take better care of myself.
Now I have to wonder how much of...stuff...is related to my poor awareness of how to care for myself, and how much is potentially actual depression that I should actually talk to somebody about.
