Low: Spending an entire gorram morning using Dreamweaver trying to figure out why it was changing file paths from document-relative to absolute from the hard disk. Turns out I just had to save the file before I did anything and it worked fine.

High: 4.1 km run in 21:17. Awesome, even if it took the Rocky IV mantra to get me through it. Also, page-topper.

High: I finally got a copy of BioShock.

Low: The Kojima Productions countdown timer counted down to yet another countdown timer. The new one ends in about 115 hours.

Low:
With dry air full of crap, my clothes got worse in the dryer (why dryers don't have dedicated inlets that you can put a HEPA filter in is beyond me).
My normal detergent (All free & clear) wouldn't clean said crap out of them.
So, I had to get an expensive detergent to clean them (Biokleen did the job), then still had to use a lint roller for small plastic fibers (no wonder my sinuses have been giving me fits, if the air is full of all this!), and have to put up with a makeshift clothesline in my room. Fun.

So, I got a shower filter, and installed it. I go to take my shower, and the plastic connector on the shower head that attaches to the filter (previously attached to the swivel) cracked.
The old shower head in the closet for redundancy breaks as I try to use it. *sigh*
So I was dirty and smelly, it was the middle of the night, and I had to go to Walmart to get stuff to fix my shower (nowhere else was open).

Needless to say, I got an all metal shower head for future backup purposes, and will be making sure any I get in the future will not have plastic connectors.

High:
Said shower filter (KDF-55 variety) is awesome. I can feel a difference with only the first use. I was not expecting such obvious and immediate effects.
My sinuses finally seem to be actually working, rather than causing much pain. Yay (until I look at how much everything I tried to get to this point cost me...ouch!).

High: Helping a girl at the airport not freak out about possibly missing her flight and chatting with her to keep her mind off it. Turns out she goes to my school (which is in the town we were flying out of) and is in my year. Her flight had actually gotten delayed by about an hour, so not only was she not late but we got to hang out and chat for a while so I gained a new acquaintance/friend as well. Good times.

Low: Getting mildly depressed/angsty on the plane ride, probably due to stress and tiredness. (It's been a loooooong week.)
There's a method to my madness. Somewhere. Don't worry, I'll find it!

High: Grilled steak and ahi tuna and corn-on-the-cob.

Low: Didn't accomplish anything other than getting through a level or so (if you can call sections of the game levels anymore) of BioShock.

High: fresh local no-pesticide, no-herbicide, etc., cabbage, picked and cleaned this morning. Also similar mustard greens and kale. Aw, yeah (every grocery store now imports their cabbage, and all of it gets moldy within a week, which has been pissing me off to no end). I was able to just wander around downtown for about an hour, which I have not been able to do since I was going to school in the area. *hugs shower filter*

Low: a stray, but obviously tame, cute and friendly puppy was wandering around, nearly getting run over. It will probably die there, rather then get treatment (it had mild mange, but not a terrible case of it, yet) and a home. I hate seeing [domesticated] animals like that.

High: Planet Earth marathon. The visuals and soundtrack really are gorgeous.

Low: The sushi at the restaurant in my hometown just can't stand up to the one in my college town. The one here doesn't have hamachi, and the rice was pretty dry today.

High point: I had a job interview. The job would be absolutely perfect for me, so thumbs up for me getting it.

Low point: My great grandmom died today. We weren't that close and she was already 91 years old, but it's still sad. Especially after I thought about all the people I know who have died, which isn't a lot, thank goodness.

Low: Got a low disk space warning from one of my servers
High: Checked it out and discovered that someone was using the UDP-Video-Stream capture feature I built and filling the fucking drive up
Low: Sniffing the stream and discovering it's a hidden camera feed from a buddy's pool with a bunch of our female friends skinnydipping
High: Sudden rainstorm destroying the camera and sender laptop - bastard deserved that one.
Low: Realizing I'll have to tell the girls about this.
Very low: Actually telling them.
High: Finding out it was their idea and were willing to pay for copies (No, I don't know why.)
Low: I'd already deleted the data.
Very low: And scrubbed that partition beyond my data recovery abilities.

High: The new Kojima Productions countdown timer appears to have Big Boss' face as one of the images flashing in the lightning.

Low: Waiting nearly two hours in a Big O Tires while they worked on Mom's minivan.

Low: Seeing the Blue Jays blow an 8-3 lead in the bottom of the 8th, and then a 10-8 lead in the bottom of the 11th to lose 12-10, the ninth loss in a row.

High: Got to kick my brother's ass in the gym today with a core workout. He was acting pretty macho early on, but not for long, har har.

High: I got a copy of the MRI of my brain - that is so freaking cool, just to point out XD

High: I had just a generally really good and happy day ^.^

Low: Finals are next week and my grades look like suck because they died when I started having problems that were affecting my school work that the doctors couldn't figure out or fix until not too long ago. Stupid B-12 deficiency.

High: Last hall (dorm) meeting ever was nice, sorting recycling was fun. Also obtained ridiculous hall-injoke t-shirt.

Low: Didn't get any of the work done I said I would so I'm going to be stressed tomorrow.

Other Low: May not be able to make backpacking trip with my friends. Which sucks, because it'll probably be fun. I mean, I can think of ways I could spend those days but I'll definitely feel like I missed out.

Low: lots of cleaning and moving and organizing of my crap to do, tonight.

Middle: neither of my two 'kraut experiments seem to be doing poorly; but, from what I've read, they should be much more acidic by now, with these temperatures. :?

High: I'll soon have my desktop in a room that I can stay in for more than a couple hours, and a nicer bed for the room (because of the low above). Yay.
