I simply can't imagine why it wouldn't. Welcome.

So being drunk and looking at the "I hate wasps" thread has gotten me to the verge of wanting to be stung by a bullet ant, just to know what it is to feel the most painful insect sting in the world. It's a damn good thing I'm not in Costa Rica right now.

I mean, that tribe proves that they're real men by wearing gloves with the stinger sides sewn IN. Now, the worse part about that is that someone had to sew them there. THAT to me, is the real man.

Hmm.. I was looking for this thread last night. Though I couldn't search as I forgot how "drnuk" was spelt.

But I was very drunk and stoned which was a barrel o' laughs.

Since it's Friday, I went to the first of two bars within a block of me. (I've just moved.) Tomorrow I'll go to the other. Not much to report. The first has Yeungling on tap, which makes me happy.

Do most places in MD (assuming your "location" field is current) not have Yuengling on tap? 'Cause that seems weird to me. Like exalting the presence of oxygen in your bedroom. It's just gotta be there, y'know?

Anyways, I'm a bit miffed because I'm not nearly as drunk as I'd planned to be. I've had a couple reasonably large drinks, sure, but dammit I wanted to be HAMMERED tonight! Apparently roommate celebrating birthday before going to China for three weeks != everybody getting plastered. Dammit.

. . . that was two "dammits" in two lines. I lose.

I'm still a little while off. But if I don't post before the threshold, how will I ever remember to do it?
(Tracing my steps, I've consumed a wee bit of rosé wine and a large bit of beer, if you care to know.)

Since the beer is almost out, though, I may have to switch to nihonshu. I have lots of stronger stuff, I just don't feel like it right now.

I am a disgrace to my own drnuk thread. I was going to make a cocktail, and then I had a cup of tea while I was deciding which cocktail to make, and then I started reading the forums and forgot to make the cocktail. And now it's totally bedtime (read: 11:17pm onna Saturday night) and I'm not going to make a cocktail. Therefore I sark and am totally too sober for this thread

My local bar featured a lot of nationalism tonight. Go Phelps! One guy yelled for Russia and was shot down. I wanted to yell "jia you" to the Chinese, but the Chinese team did not make the final of the 4x100 medley relay. (Not in general strong swimmers, the Chinese.)

I just drank a bottle of very cheap champagne and smoked a few bowls. My typing sux and I have a strong desire to roll around on the floor and then have a long shower.

drunk enough to post here but sober/persistent enough to search for this thread as it isn't on the first 2 pages of the forum.

I drank and then proceeded to talk about Ayn Rand, math, Batman, Watchmen, and learned about Linux sans alcohol (I'm sure I was like a poser to the comp sci majors that I was talking to. But I'd like to learn too!) It was good times. Good enough times for me to bump this thread.

You'd lose that bet. But I agree, there ARE a shit ton of drunken small people running around---or small people running around begging upperclassmen to buy them alcohol/point them to alcohol/etc. I'm particularly disgusted by the whoredom of the freshmen girls this year. It's catastrophically bad.

ok... drunk as all hell......i've just spent an evening at some supposedly "exclusive" club, which was full of stupid stupid blonde girls with enormous boobs... I just hated it... stupid guys all pretending to be rich (I probably make more than most of them, but don't go round showing it off), just grinding on these vapid girls.... it's just so horrid...

I hate people
