I'll be getting a Mac Pro sometime in the next few months (I hope). It will be Metagross. No Mew though, not sure what device I'd give that name to.

Click for a bigger resolution. Yes, that is a Geometry Wars screen I stole from the internet. :p Here's the exact cap I stole it from, incidentally. I probably cycle through wallpapers about once a month.

Just something I came up with a few weeks ago. My desktop usually is something of my own creation.
"We have choices. Some people like to stand in the rain without an umbrella. That's what it means to live free."
"This is not the end, this isn't even the beginning of the end. What we have may just be the end of the beginning."

Neither GNOME nor Linux need to be ugly... nor do you need to be tech-savvy to use Linux these days. I'm not! But Ubuntu 10.04 is keeping my creaking laptop going somehow, despite a somewhat poorly hard drive. No need for the fancy-schmancy stuff: GNOME's rather plain, but stable and efficient.

Wallpaper: Blue Joy by pr09studio

Theme: Equinox with Faenza icons
Selected Items colour changed to #777c8c
Font: FreeSans (included with Ubuntu 10.04)
Docky (using Glass theme), Ubuntu-Tweak (for clear menus)

In the gospel according to trig there are 3 primary rules: sin θ = x/h , cos θ = y/h and tan θ = x/y. These rules are not open to interpretation and are to be treated as law.

This thread somehow feels wrong, like peering into someone else's soul, or at least rummaging through their sock drawer. Still, I'd --sync "Got Pacman?" for my own desktop.
