Local 1337-ness

Postby TexasBelle210 » Thu Nov 13, 2008 11:44 pm UTC

I went to Chic-fil-a for lunch the other day, and this made me smile. I took a picture so I could share. :P

There's a restaurant called "Chic-fil-a"?

Good lord. Quick, we need a THAT'S WHAT SHE SAID, STAT
Why is it that 4chan is either infinitely awesome, infinitely bad, or "lolwut", but never any intermediary level?

It's ok, I don't either.

We have a Chic-fil-a in Sacramento... they're ok.

Maybe I'm pronouncing it wrong...

Chic-fil-a
Chick-filler...

Yeah there are about 20 within 50 miles of me. They're just eh, okay. But in the context of a TWSS joke: what?

Most people I've heard pronounce it as if it said Chick Fillet.

No idea if that's accurate or not. Given that no one else seems to be picking up on Chick Fill-ah, I'll continue assuming Fil-a/Fillet is more or less correct.

I have a 1337 picture I would like to share as well:

This happened to me whilst playing Dota. And this was back when gold only came every 10 or so seconds, instead of constantly, so this is fairly unlikely.

Because I suck at Dota - note the Normal Exp AI. ^_^ I just tend to get any item that looks good.

((However, perseverence is always a staple, because I can't seem to function with any hero without it.))

Unfortunately, I've deleted a bunch of songs since then. It was mainly due to an excessive number of doubles of The Beatles songs, probably because my brother downloaded an entire discography which likely included "The Best of" and other albums like that.

I guess this also exposes my musical taste to everyone. Oh well. For clarification, Jack Wall and Sam Hulick were the creators of the Mass Effect soundtrack, Kenji Yamamoto and Kouichi Kyuma made the Metroid Prime trilogy soundtrack and Mindark is the company that own Entropia Universe, since the music files didn't contain any artist information.

Also: Yes, I like Coldplay. I have three albums.

At one point in WoW I stopped doing PvP for a week because I had 1337 honorable kills.

He was lying about that.
