Why stop at two? Bacon-wrapped hamburgers. Bacon-wrapped steak. Bacon-wrapped turkey. And that's just one meal!

You forgot the side dish: Bacon-wrapped bacon.

I like the cut of your dinner utensil, Obrien.

My cousin posited the (undergoing review) theory that all foods can be improved by adding either whipped cream or bacon, sometimes both.

PROVE ME WRONG

I.....totally didn't realize that. I did not mean to offend the pig. Although, if you know where if comes from, you know he doesn't even care for the next 30 minutes.

EDIT: In case someone doesn't know where it's from.

I laughed until I cried the first time I saw that comic. I love the Oatmeal. I don't know how he manages to be so non-detailed yet expressive in his drawings.

Just don't surprise it if you want to keep your eardrums in one piece. Pigs are very appropriate to mention in this thread, because they are damn awesome.

Personally I prefer turkey bacon, but I do not mind if pork bacon is the only available bacon.

yes Pigs are awesome.
I also think that Otters are pretty awesome as well. They are one of few animals that can do backstroke. They can also crack shells open with rocks while swimming on their back.

But yea Pigs are awesome. They provide a lot of the meat we eat really.

I actually had bacon on pizza, cause the place was out of sausage. It was weird. It totally dominated the pizza flavor. It was just like bacon and... is that cheese?

There is no such thing as turkey bacon. It's processed, smoked turkey. There is also no such thing as turkey pastrami, turkey salami, turkey ham, turkey pepperoni, or turkey italian sausage.

Pork really does provide some of the best meat you can get.

I'm extremely excited so I suppose it belongs in the Awesome thread- my boyfriend proposed to me today! It was absolutely perfect and heartfelt. The ring is beautiful. Overall, I'm just very happy to know that sometime soon, I will be marrying my best friend, the person who has been by my side through so much this past year.
Life is beautiful.

On an unrelated note: pronouncing bon appetite as bon appetite. You know, like, "I have an appetite"? Endless pleasure. More subtly, pronouncing solus like solace in front of English majors while using it for something other than stage direction. Actually using it for stage direction is much less subtle :(

Woohoo! I got a decent night's sleep last night! First time this week. It was so great. On the downside, getting out of bed was difficult. Usually it's difficult because I'm groggy and out of it, and so tired. Today it was because I was so perfectly comfortable - perfect temperature, feel, and just everything.
