A little boy who was abducted in BC was returned to his family today, unharmed. I was ecstatic when I read the news this morning :)

Pillow Talk is a pretty cool idea. [Summary: Two pillows are wirelessly linked, and whenever someone's sleeping on a pillow the other one glows slightly. It's meant for long-distance relationships.]

Placing your head on the pillow allows you to hear the real-time heartbeat of your loved one.

I find this somewhat creepy.

I hit 2000 edits on Wikipedia and 1500 edits on Commons tonight, with consecutive edits. They consisted of uploading, then inserting into the article, a real nice geographic map I just made.

I feel accomplished.

They're building a lifesize church out of giant lego blocks at the station square in my town. It's for an art festival. That's friggin' awesome. It'll be 30 meters long, 11 meters wide and 5 meters high, with a tower up to 20 meters. You'll even be able to marry there! :D

Yeah, I've now seen through episode 10 and I'm enjoying it very much. I can't wait to see Vash's background story explained (and Wolfwood's, for that matter).

It is fine. I'm labeled as one at my school to.

My group has been going for a few weeks and we had our first player character death on Saturday. Was our Dragonborn Paladin as well. We still have our dwarf barbarian though, although he has an obsession with axes.

Well D&D is fun.

So, typical dwarven stereotype? Probably drinks a lot, maybe calls everyone "Laddie"?

Well he doesn't call everyone laddie.... yet. He also carries round a 1 liter thing of dwarven ale which he got from a dwarven city mountain. Dwarves are also the most common race in our campaign due to a bit of the history where there was a war between gods, the earth shattered and dwarves came out the best.

But yea almost the stereotypical dwarf.

I'm a shifter rogue and I once stole a lit lantern from an inn. Was night and the only light source they had as well. I wasn't noticed either.

On another note my firefly dvd arrived on saturday!!!!! :D

They didn't notice you stole it, or they didn't notice it was stolen? Because while I have no problems with the first, I.. have some pretty serious problems with the latter. Well, provided a Light spell or whatever equivalent wasn't used to fake the Lantern.

I thought typical dwarven behaviour was getting drenched in booze and then walking through flames or enemy swords to retrieve precious socks, in the process jamming open a fortress door with their mutilated corpses?
