Nougatrocity, if that picture is an adequate response to Cephalus' question, well that is just awesome.

Thought I'd chime in with my 'axe' pic, and a couple others.

I took this one the other day as I was getting a tad tired of the pics I had up lately.
Then again I am not overjoyed with the one either.

There's a verrry faint edge apparent on the concrete block Fossa's vaulting, near guy-on-the-right's feet.

Parkour. But seriously, I cannot figure out that picture's perspective. I've been staring at it for like five minutes now and it's just bizarre. How is that guy tiny? Or how is Fossa huge?

The area has multiple levels of ledges and such (evident behind Fossa), very good place for a parcour meetup. The edge I'm talking about is very...
Okay, you know what? It's shopped. Look at the shadow of the guy on the right and you can tell. Total shop.

The ledge to the right of the block I'm vaulting is lower and farther back such that the back edges line up almost perfectly. As a result it looks like hes right next to me when hes actually fairly far away. To help you gain perspective look at how low the ledge is that he is standing on (it clips the calves of the guy behind him since its only about knee high) while the one I am vaulting over is waist high. I don't know if our photographer did that on purpose or if its just a bizarre coincidence.

But yeah, thats Parkour, a "discipline of efficient movement".

If you're curious about it there's a thread about it in the "Fit Club" forum. I've been doing it for two weeks with a group I found online. My group leader is actually one of the guys in the Mazda commercial that's been airing lately. My third large gathering is this weekend at the Huntington Beach Pier. Its a big meet up of several different parkour groups. I'm expecting 50-100 traceurs instead of the 15-25 our group typically has.

As I see it. Could be wrong. Basically there are 3 levels. One with Fossa, one with the the apparently-short guy and one with Neo.

Kind of.

Its an L shaped path framed by two L shaped walls. One of constant height, one which gets progressively shorter.

The following is a top down topographical map. The black is the highest (a little over waist high). The lighter it is the lower it is. The guy is standing on the light grey rectangle extending to the right, Neo is in the crook of the segmented L.

Ah, now I see it. The trick is to look at the very bottom right on the image. You'll see the corner of the outer wall that Fossa is vaulting. The line of its rightmost edge, though, is nearly invisible because it is a perfect color and length match for the bottom part of inner L. I've "enhanced" the picture which may help you see it. You still can't really tell how far back that other piece is that the guy on the right is standing on, but at least you can tell it is not the same thing.
