How about a lord of the rings name?
Frodo? Goldilocks?
Or a mythology name?
Pandora? Freia?
Or a horrible name?

Call her "Pussy". It's a socially acceptable name for a cat, plus it will generate enough innuendos to keep you laughing for a while.

... or at least, to keep you laughing for a while if you're one of the men in my family.

I am a big fan of naming based on how you came to meet her. I bought a house in 2008 and when me and my family were cleaning it up before I could move in, we were finding pennies everywhere. There was also a very friendly stray cat hanging around that was skin and bones. I named the cat Penny. I got a second cat and named her Nickel (pronounced Nih-Kel although I often call her Nicky). My grandma found a kitten at an apartment building she owned, and named her Crenshaw after the street the apartments are on.

In everyone's life, at some time, our inner fire goes out. It is then burst into flame by an encounter with another human being. We should all be thankful for those people who rekindle the inner spirit.

I like other animal's names: orca, bonobo (partially for Simon Green, partially just to say "No no bonobo!"), etc..

In this case, however, another vote for 'pants' (tell them 'the internet has decided' ? )

Names of cats I've had and would recommend:

Random names:

Kirby (b^_^)b
Mr. Magoo (gender bending is funny)
Hazel, Hazalia (because of her eyes)
Hazcat (like hazel and hazmat... idk, it's funny to me)

No idea why, just the name that popped into my head when I saw the picture.
