In someone's infinite wisdom, they have made it so that our patient list is on Microsoft Access. It has been set up so you can input in stuff to make a patient appear on the list and then if you add in a discharge date they magically disappear. All well and good.
What I need to be able to edit is when you print out the list it comes auto-formatted with a handy list of phone numbers at the bottom of each page. I can not for the life of me figure out how to edit this list which is sorely needed as quite a few of the numbers are now out of date.
Please help.
solved: Had to tell it to 'print' via the macro bit, then right click on that and choose design view.

'Look, sir, I know Angua. She's not the useless type. She doesn't stand there and scream helplessly. She makes other people do that.'
