Bloons Tower Defense 3
I enjoyed the first two, and this one seems quite fun.

edit: uncomfortably obvious typo.

This is the third time I've lost twenty dollars and my self respect today. And coincidentally, about the fifth time I've heard Runescape mentioned.

Oh, and I, too, love the Orchestrated Death game, although some of the tasks were a little obscure - once or twice I found myself slowly moving my cursor across the screen watching it for changes... :/

Mastermind: World Conqueror

It's like a dumbed down flash version of Evil Genius. Except more current instead of a spoof on old spy films. Amusing dialogue too such as:

(When stealing technology)
"Hey, we were in the neighborhood and we thought we'd drop by for some SCIENCE"

(When stealing money)
"This is not a drill! This is actually a robbery!"
"I may or may not be a raptor. There is no way of knowing until entering a box that I happen to be in and then letting me sunder the delicious human flesh from your body in reptile fury."

For a while I was completely addicted to this game. It's a bit like thor towers (did somebody post that one?) except with a city planning aspect. Drop the next floor of your tower onto the one below it and try to build a huge city. It's a lot of fun.

Meat Boy is pretty neat. Pretty much just a platformer. Get from point A to point B without touching bad stuff. I found it a pleasant difficulty level. Although I guess I could do without the cutscenes, character development, and splatter effect.

Actually it's really useful, and much better than posting, telling off the user. Makes our userbase look like minimodding obsessers and a real mod only sees it if they happen across the post in question. The report feature puts a neat little flag next to the thread and, indeed , the board. We even have a page just for looking at reports. It's really cool. Much better than some user telling off some other user.

LE4d, stop putting extra lines after your quote tags. It's against the rules*.

On Meat Boy: Good game, but it reminds me a little much of the Avalanche game we had a few months ago. The one which needed decent side-switching and some way to shut up the music. Oh, and it needed to not slow down as much as you go thigher.

*well, not really.

But then you wouldn't get the really cool scrolling image of your tower afterwards! Slow the game down by storing excessive runtime information -> player dies due to lag -> player gets to appreciate image constructed out of stored information. Makes perfect sense.

Could it maybe write to disk? Or compress the data or something? That would slow things down as you got higher still, but it would remedy the problems I'm getting above about 400ft...

Stored with soula, soulb and soulc. I have partitioned them so that they will grow to be whole souls and then I can sell three of them while keeping my fourth.

I would like to direct your attentions to World of Goo, of which the demo has just been released today. You really really really should try it. And then buy it. But you can judge that last part for yourself after playing the demo. Links: From my server (Located in the Netherlands), or from other locations. Demo's only 32 MB.

I like that game so much I'll actually get around to updating the "all games so far" list. (That's a lot.)

The ending is very pleasing. Although I guess the rest of the game's a bit easy for my tastes. Step 1: flamethrowers. Step 2: railguns. Step 3: moon base, equip flamethrowers. Step 4: own everyone for a long time. Step 5: profit Genesis.

The ending makes up for it all, in my book. Worth every second.

Edit: oh em geeeeee, Orisinal has a new game zee oh em geeeeee

The music is wonderful.

I'm pretty sure we've had that one before... I remember playing it, in any case.

Also: Fuck you. I'm back on winterbells now. I'd managed to completely forget about that...

EDIT*: Right, I've finally managed to break the score display on Winterbells. It shows 3794093897, and I don't know how many digits come after that because I wasn't watching my score. And I only died because my computer froze for a moment, and refused to move my cursor.

*not really an edit, but the fora seem to be down and I added this bit while waiting for them to come back online, so I'm calling it an edit.
