Digimon: The Movie

Postby Nhoj Serob » Fri Sep 04, 2009 9:32 pm UTC

I just finished watching the first half* of Digimon§: The Movie, and realized: Minus the rap at the beginning and the Rock N' Roll songs spread throughout, it's a pretty good movie. Don't take this as a musical taste judgment, Rock is my favorite music, and the movie had some of my favorite songs, but they just didn't mesh with Digimon that well.

I'd like to edit out all the music and splice in some of my own. Anyone have any suggestions as to some good theatrical style (A.K.A. classical) music I could interject?

Also any suggestions as to different apps to do this with would be great. Right now I'm using Windows Movie Maker and finding it impossible to import the movie.

Thanks in advance for any input.

I think I still have this movie on vhs somewhere, I'll have to try and find it (as well as a vhs player). Also, didn't the movie have an Angela Anaconda short at the beginning? I seem to remember there being one but it could just be my memory playing tricks on me.

Is this the "Back to the beginning didn't mean back to Colorado, it meant back in time"? 'Cause I really loved it back when I first watched it.

As in "Digimon: the Movie" that actually consists of three short films spliced together? BOO! Go watch subs!

As recomended, I've been wathcing the subs (of the episodes, at least) on YouTube. Wow. They're so much more mature. I don't think I'm wathcing it in English ever again.
Do you have the names of the three short films? That would help epic-ly.

According to Wikipedia, it's Digimon Adventure, Our War Game and Hurricane Touchdown.
