...suffer from the computer disease that anybody who works with computers now knows about. It's a very serious disease and it interferes completely with the work. The trouble with computers is you play with them. They are so wonderful. - Richard Feynman

:)

*hopes for a Region 2 release*

And hopefully that means early to mid 2010, not late 2010!

If only they could bring the show back.

I wish that I wasn't so young when it originally aired. I've been watching it on SurfTheChannel now and it is awesome. I love everything about Daria. Can't wait for this DVD release.

Necroing for DariaDVD-based questions:

I've just started watching Daria again because it's pretty damn cool and I only watched a few when it was on TV. I'm having trouble finding episodes online so I thought about getting the DVDs, but I've heard the DVDs have hardly any of the slammin tunes that the original had because of licensing and whatnot and have been replaced with different music.
Are they still cool and worth getting? :D

It's a real shame they couldn't keep a lot of the music, but when all's said and done, it's still Daria, and it's still great and all the dialogue etc is there, so get it.

Admittedly I never saw the series when it originally aired, but at no point did the music get on my nerves while watching it a couple weeks ago so I imagine it should not be a problem.
