Just followed links to a few flute songs by the Corrs. I'm convinced that the Irish understand the concept of 'bittersweet' better then just about any other culture.

Also, the Corr sisters are painfully beautiful. Like Sirens. Like irresistible, stunning, magical sirens.

It's on Noble Beast, which came out earlier in the week. Go buy it. It's awesome.

Andrew Bird and the Mysterious Production of Eggs is also excellent, of course. Before I was listening to this album, I was listening to that one. I've kind of been on an Andrew Bird jag recently...

Just checked.

Yay! It's quite a bit cheaper than if I were to buy it from a store or from Andrew Bird's website. Too bad my parents are assholes and won't let me buy it. With my own money. -_-

It's not bad. It feels like it would work by itself, instead of just being extra content. (The stores around my area would have the standard version at around two or three bucks cheaper than what amazon is selling for, but they don't even have that in stock.)

I am listening to my old band, for nostalgia's sake. It's simultaneously cheesy, awesome, and sad.

I must get my hands on Noble Beast sometime soon. Eggs changed my life.
