My favorite is the third solo in Rush's 2112. Alex Lifeson's solos are in my opinion generally not as good as many others, but this one is excellent.

I love his guitar work, but it is hit-and-miss. Limelight is a great one, though.

And on the subject of classic prog-rock, any of Steve Howe's work from the first few Yes albums is amazing.
