Music that kicks ass

It's only cool if no one's heard of it.

Music that kicks ass

Postby emceng » Tue Dec 02, 2008 3:14 am UTC

(because apparently no one like inspirational music).

No, I don't mean crap like Wind Beneath My Wings or Enya. What songs make you want to jump up - fight, run, dance, DO. A classic example for me is Oasis - Fookin in the Bushes as it introduced Brad Pitt in Snatch.

So I am asking for more suggestions. I am going to throw out a few of mine to get things started.

Oasis - Fookin in the Bushes
Cake - Going the Distance
Jamie Kennedy - Rollin' with Saget
The Flowbots - I Can Ride My Bike With No Handlebars
Limp Bizkit - Just One Of Those Days
Linkin Park- Bleed It Out
Rage Against the Machine - Bulls on Parade
House of Pain - Jump Around

Maybe a few honorable mentions to:
Disturbed
Stone Temple Pilots - Sex Type Thing
Sum41 - Fat Lip

I've been getting into some non-english music, which I've begun to love.

My current favorites are

Rammstein
Magma
Eluveitie

They're all awesome, and I pick up bits and pieces of the language as I listen =D.

Magma - French and Kobaian
Rammstein - German
Eluveitie - Swedish.
