Not sure if anyone is interested, but I thought it might be nice to have an IRC channel to go alongside the food section of the forum.
Certainly, if you're looking for advice on something which is currently cooking - waiting for a reply on a messageboard can be frustrating.
Also, people tend to idle on IRC, so if you're one of those people, come join!
This probably won't take off, but it can't hurt to suggest it.
