I used to use Eclipse a lot for Java work... and vim for other things like Python and PHP work...

My employer makes us all use IntelliJ IDEA, and having been using it for the last 6 months or so, I starting to like it better than Eclipse. (We do J2EE and Rails work in it). It's certainly a hell of a lot more stable. Once 8.0 comes out (with Seam support and a proper Ruby debugger) it'll be pretty ace.
