No, I've just had that picture in my mind ever since I read "never win at tic-tac-toe" in this thread.

Someone taped "Ministry of Magic entrance" signs above the toilets in my high school's bathroom once. I don't know if it's the area I live in or the janitors' diligence that keeps them free of graffiti.

Best I've seen is the "Liberal Arts degree Dispenser" in the computer lab. Maybe it's still there today.

I printed off the the xkcd International Choice of Urinal Protocol blag post and taped in every bathroom in our school. Other than that, I've never really done anything.

My school paints graffiti over every week, so I've never had the chance to write something intelligent.
However, an anonymous person and I wrote the entirety of Misty Mountain Hop within the span of a few days. :D

I always preferred:

There are 10 kinds of people in the world: Those who understand hexadecimal, and F the rest.

Didn't take the time to read all seven pages of this topic, just the first and the last, so this might have been discussed already. If you have never seen the artist Banksy's work, he is soo fantastic. Do a Google images search for Banksy, my favorite is a stencil he paints on blank city walls that states.

By Order
National Highways Agency

This wall is a designated
GRAFFITI AREA

please take your litter home

Within a week of it's posting, the previously blank wall would be completely covered in graffiti. he would also stencil "Public Riot Area" and other such satirical signs in city squares.
