The citation here links to Flunixin and I'm afraid I'm not getting the joke. Could someone please enlighten me?

My assumption was the disturbing lack of citations/references for the drug's workings on that page. Note the edits since this what-if went up. :wink:
It's also possible that the joke is related to the name of the drug, but in that case I don't get it either.

Oh, I get it. Someone deleted the old section on "proprietary names".

In the USA the trade names are Banamine, Flunixamine, Citation, Equileve, and Meflosyl Solution. In the UK the trade names are Flunixin, Finadyne and Cronyxin. In South Africa and Australia a common trade name is Finadyne. A trade name in India is Megludyne.
