Yeah - I couldn't find any better characters to use for her hair. I bet they exist though. I'm imagining something like U+3142 HAIR BROWN FRONT.

Edit: Pope! I decree every newpix on this page shall have an ASCII/Unicode rendering for AluisioASG.

So, what's going on is Hat Guy is driving a large speedboat with a tree (or maybe a fountain) on the foredeck?

Here's some ASCII art from Popular Science magazine, June 1939 issue.

I wonder how long Megan is going to let Cueball sleep? I think she is awake, just very still.

How's the future going? Y'all playing fair? Anything interesting going on?

I mean, I'll know eventually, but it is nice to have contact from there. Just to keep me on my way.

Kieryn, you might want to go back to NP 739 and change that picture of an irish stout you have there. It seems that 512brewing has fallen from grace and Chrome throws a mighty fit about it:
Google Chrome on KUbuntu wrote:Content from http://www.512brewing.com, a known malware distributor, has been inserted into this web page. Visiting this page now is very likely to infect your computer with malware.

Seriously. Even the "Inspect element" pane in Chrome refused to show anything but that warning.
I like the picture - can't you just host a copy yourself? Failing that, here is a TinEye search for the same image on other sites:
http://www.tineye.com/search/4b5826a994 ... chrome-1.1
Thanks in advance.

D'awww! That reminds me of my favorite World of Warcraft quest. As your character completes it, they are covered with adorable but very bitey baby raptors of the "prehistoric and portrayed as scaley" variety.

Do you have a tumblr? I'd like to see any other adorable stuff you draw.

I have to second that request. I myself (this sounds so wrong...) got an account last week just to get another chance at a contest. I may be posting some Time-related stuff (textual, not visual) there too.

Eternal Density wrote:"God's light, these villains will make the word as odious as the word 'occupy;' which was an excellent good word before it was ill sorted" — William Shakespeare, Henry VI, Part 2, II.iv

Not sure why I thought of that, but FTFY:

And since I didn't formally announce my return from the outside in that last post... Molpy up!

No ketchup post today, but since I've returned to a sunrise, here's a song that came to mind. I thought rather than ottifying it I'd just leave it here, it's perfect as it is, even if it's not all that OTC-related... unless you imagine it's what Cueball is thinking about Megan Image (yay Megball shipping)
(Warning: Ludicrously beautiful song may cause tears and euphoria in equal measure. Proceed with caution.)

"Dreaming Light" - Anathema
Spoiler:
Suddenly... life has new meaning
Suddenly... feeling is being

And you shine inside
And love stills my mind like the sunrise
Dreaming light of the sunrise

Suddenly... I don't have to be afraid
Suddenly... All falls into place

And you shine inside
And love stills my mind like the sunrise
Dreaming light of the sunrise
Dreaming light and you shine inside
And love stills my mind like the sunrise
Dreaming light of the sunrise

I feel you but I don't really know you
I dreamed of you from the moment I saw you
And I've seen the sunrise in your eyes
The sky... the sea... the light

Live your dream beneath the northern horizon
Be at peace, set your heart in flight again
The light is truth...
The light is you...

They all crashed into each other because nobody thought to put up traffic lights?

Of course we did!
Now please wait for your turn before continuing to read the thread.

In honor of your Knighthat... isn't it a Knighthat around here and not a Knighthood?
Anyway, I thought you might like this, to use or not as you see fit.

Warning: the above newpix is two newpix ago.

I had to comment on how d'aww it was that Megan has turned her head to check on Cueball. I have also been thinking for several newpix now how adorably cute Cueball is with the backpack showing beneath his head as he lays down.

I'd presume so, ValvE are pushing for more linux gaming so the rest of their own titles should get ported soon enough (especially if steambox is to be linux based)

Hmm. This time tomorrix, we could be off to a new scene again...

No more stars to track, but they're still resting/asleep. The sky is still lightening, but unlike when the sky darkened last Thursdix, there's no suspense about what that's leading to. Has anyone checked for molpy activity?

Imagine how slow the night would have seemed, if it had been overcast. :|

I have returned home from the gym after work and I rather expected to see a few more newpages. Alas, the one I left has hardly progressed. Of course, one can't be expected to analysis a sunrise, so I suppose the sudden drop in banter is to be expected until Cueball is once again awake and Cuegan are on their way.

Especially analyzing a sunrise when we're looking west--not much to go on. I'm still bothered by why the western sky brightened from the horizon up during sunrise. What's up with that (WTC?)? Couple of others have noticed as well, but nobody has any reason why. Another example of GLR's will?

Quiet is good. What if the OTC is GLR's way of winning a bet that he could make a comic that incited a thousand-page forum discussion? Maybe by posting, we're hastening the end of Time.
