Thanks ST, neat puzzle, the more I see what went into creating T1i, the more impressed I am with it. But Sustainabilizer deserves all of the congratulations since he did the hard work of analyzing the panpix. I just had a lucky guess at the B=0, D=1 binary substitution.

By the way, Sustainabilizer, how did you narrow down the pan vector space to just six options? Couldn't the motion have been a non-integer number of pixels? If I recall, we had some evidence a long while back that GLR drew the original Time frames in higher resolution and then downsampled to get to 553x395 (something to do with aliasing artifacts, I think).

In hindsight, that looks
straightforward, so I wonder
why I failed at it.

Anyway, you did it. :)

I opened two adjacent frames with GIMP and aligned them manually, getting an integer vector. Then I told my script to do the same for all frames, using just this vector. It worked for some frames, but failed for some others. After that I told my script to try out integer vectors close to the one I got manually. I was surprised how well it worked.

Ah, auto-incorrect makes much more sense. I thought you may have been intentionally calling the digital display segments "legs" (which is non-standard, but descriptive enough to work just fine), though that doesn't fit with the rest of the statement.

Now I can continue my dip with less dissonant cognitions.

Not really. A low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite, like the space station, takes about 84 minutes to orbit the Earth; a satellite further away takes relatively longer. Even the lowest orbits would be visible for some minutes if any crossed the view.

Awesomeful fMRI otty, Zooman!

bmonk looks...different. Very, very different.

ucim--favorite wines. I like Cabs, Zins, Malbecs, and Syrahs large and small for reds, Sauvignon Blanc, Rielsing and Chardonnay for whites. But I'm always open for trying new stuff. I tried a very nice Cab Franc this weekend. I, um, don't remember where. Healdsburg is nice because there is a seaish amount of tasting rooms all within stumbling distance. It is dangerous for that very same reason.

Did I say hi to svenman yet? Hi svenman!

I have no idea what Roko's basilisk is. Guess I should read up on it sometime. Sounds interesting.

Maybe Sustainabilizer made a new account here. Then he can use that account to post during foramustard over on the ЯOЯЯIM. That way he doesn't have to share his main account's password with the bot. The only information Sustainabilizer will have to enter will be for the secondary account.

Treeish workaround!
(Of course the new account still
has less than five posts.)
