I tried to contort Cueball's actual body into a 9 but it worked better with just his floating head.

PIE FTW!!!

Attentive bOTTeriada fans may have noticed that I re-ONG'd a couple older lines (those numbered 0111 and 0179). This was normal mustard-fixing (fixing spelling or grammar, etc.) which I do from time to time. Lately I've been adding Did you notice? tags in the style of Image which will be used in the future if I ever do an anniversary reprise of bOTTeriada in some format. (It won't be one line per post, because that would be way too many posts; instead grouped somehow, as @balthasar_s is doing right now.)
A few of you have noticed things recently, such as balthasar_s noticing the somewhat non-OTTish personality of Mrorl's machine. Image These are being noted :D

bOTTeriada goes ONG

Postby balthasar_s » Wed Mar 04, 2015 5:11 am UTC

the mrONGbdex story continues.

Code: Select all

"No. Let Mrorl say how sorry he is for starting all this, and say again what this creature is called."
"And you'll let us go, if I do?" asked Mrorl.
"I don't know. I'll consider it. I'm not making any promises. What's in this picture?"
"But you *probably* will let us go, won't you?" said Mrorl, but Balthacarius poked him from behind and hissed in his ear, "This bot's an OTTer, don't talk sense with it, for Randall's sake!"
"I won't let you go until I'm right ch**rping ready. Now tell me, loud enough for everyone to hear, what this is a picture of..."
Suddenly Mrorl broke out in a rage.
"<*:I'll tell you, all right!:>" he screamed, "<*:It's a duck! You hear me, a DUCK! And those other pictures were a TOAD and a CHICKEN. And they'll carry on being a duck and a toad and a ch**rping chicken even if you stand on your head, roll all the grapevines into a giant ball, drink the Sea and vacuum out the entire sky! Do you hear? Duck, duck duck duck, #duck``duck#, DUCK!!!:>"
"Mrorl, what are you saying? Have you lost your mind? *Molpy*, it's a molpy! Nice Engine! Molpy molpy Molpy MOLPY!!" howled Balthacarius, trying to shout over his friend.
"No! It's a duck! It quacks like a duck and it waddles like a duck and it swims like a duck and it will be a duck from the beginning of Time until the ****d, *DUCK!!!*" bellowed Mrorl, starting to lose his voice.

I think I know where this ottification is going . . . origin of the molpy12 grapevine2 song?

Also, in real OTT, mrob uses OTTish names for things more often than me.

Maybe, when I find time for it, I'll add to the viewer the links to the "Did you notice?" posts.

I added another enhancement to the viewer:
The frames with fading can now be viewed without it.

For this I had to write a fading-removing enhancement tool.

When I saw the first fading in t1i, I knew it's not GLR.

dav*an did not install the Javascript on Davеandix. But it was on the First Davеandix that he diminished the effect of the Madness upon this thread, and some of the old-Timer Newpixians still celebrate that on the special Feast of Dav*anmas every yip on the first Davеandix of Innocence.

Nope. [replies column wrote: / 90020] / That means it was four zeroes in a not so distance time in the past.

If you include the redundazero and the redundanine, it's 9,000,090 which is appropriate because we recently got over 9,000,000 page views. Without the redundancy it's 90,000 referring to that other thing everyone's been going on about.

I'm not answering for @balthasar_s, but if it were me, I'd be looking at the PNG data for colour-palette chunks. Time frame 969, for example, has a 9-entry palette:

Code: Select all

PLTE ( 27 bytes)
000000 212121 b7b7b7 fafafa fbfbfb fcfcfc fdfdfd fefefe ffffff
                 - csum = 2cb0570a

but the t1i frames, like t1i-0243 for example, do not use a palette.
