Not sure what you're trying to ask (sigh...), but I check once in a while if images have been changed since newpixbot downloaded them. Won't be “at that very moment”, though.
(At this moment, mustard still there.)

Mscha was talking about this bit that was hard to understand not BytEfLUSh's message.

I think the original chirp from Valarya could be replaced with something like 'excited'. She is saying how great it is when GLR modifies the comic in realtime for us.

I assume it was the bird/bat/noise-making thingy that obscured the star, but that's because I already predicted that would happen. :)

Poor Megan; it's only ever her who hears them at night. Cueball might not believe her, especially after sitting up all night and not even hearing one.

Yeah could be a black bird! Oh wait maybe a very dark grey bird instead. You know they should really start labeling birds based on their average colour in #XXXXXX format instead of using Latin etc.

Molpy up!
Sad to miss the Newpage of Stars, I would've filked the epic metal anthem "Till The Stars Cry Out" by Orden Ogan... I would do it anyway now, but I can't find it on youtube so I couldn't link to it for people to listen to, so there's no point really since I doubt anyone knows it... but anyway, the chorus goes like this. Imagine it with big, layered harmony vocals, huge anthemic stuff.
Spoiler:
Through the valleys, under stars
Between mountains, among friends
I shall wander, I shall pass
Till the stars cry out my name as their friends

And the night will come as I lay down to sleep
And day will gift me its last light to keep
And time will stop as long as I need
Till in my heart there's no blood left to bleed

It would've been awesomeful to filk... ah well, never mind.

At some point in the next 11,000 years, something apocalypic will happen (possibly affecting the moon) which twists the earth into Cassini-mode. Obviously, this kills many people and ends civilization. There are now only a few small tribes of people living at various locations. Cuegan is part of (or all that's left of) one such tribe; they know enough to stay alive, but most knowledge of civilization is lost.
This is a kinda sorta consistent theory, no?

I like it too. The baobabs are too big and 7 an evidence to ignore. Almost like they were put there by GLR just to tell us "Madagascar". And the night sky adds "North hemisphere" to that, so it's Cassini Earth. But what about the sandcastles? How did Cuegan get the design?

I like this theory too, although I'm not settling on any -ism personally yet... the sandcastle is a problem, as is the fact they use familiar modern language... but then again, in most sci fi, the language used is still English in the style contemporary to the time of writing, just for the benefit of the readers'/viewers' understanding... so maybe the language isn't such an issue. But the castles, yeah... maybe a remnant of the old civilisation that has been passed down in legend?

Hm. A molpybat or raptor, flying about, would indeed block our view of the occasional star.

Mscha, could we detect such blinking, and thereby track any molpybats or raptors that may be the source of the onomatopoeic word for which we are forbidden to speak?

Maybe, but it'd take quite a huge amount of work... little acoustic songs like Boom de Yada, repetitive things like Molpies, simple rock songs like my 100 and 200 post songs... they're easy, but this is a big complex power metal song. In fact I'm pretty sure a lot of the guitar work (and vocal work too) is beyond my abilities anyway, so... Image

one way to manually detect it is to view it in frame difference mode like on geekwagon. You should see pairs of red and green dots spaced apart. Any pairs with a missing or uneven brightness are molpybats!

Has the sky showed any sign of getting lighter, for those who can see things such as the exact hue of pixels?

Oh, and is the Cassini Madegascar theory consistent with the path of the sun setting as well as with the visible star map? I didn't notice anyone specifically saying so, but the sun's path was the problem with the standalone 13000AD theory as I understood it, so does the Cassini idea solve that?
