And there is a frame 3100, after all.

I know, I said I wanted to molpy down and coma. But I couldn't. Until now.

Please keep the lights going. See if there will be a frame 3101 at 01:00 BST. If this is the last, I'll have to find out about it tomorrow when I decoma.

Put me down in favor of a "post-1190 support group" forum....
(but set up now in case the thread suddenly -- I can't say it.)

Anything charlie_grumbles designates as "off-topic" can go over there.

Eventually EVERYTHING will go over there as sort of a weaning process.

Wow the end!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Makes you want to cry doesn't it!
Big thanks to all the dedicated OTTers who have made this trip so far really amazing. Hope some of you stick around for a bit longer though!
Biggest thanks to BliztGirl for being such and inspiration for all of us! I don't know how you do such amazing stuff all the time.
Thanks Yappo for all your wonderful work.
Thanks mscha for all your amazing stuff as well!
Thanks Val for all the cupcakes.
Thanks buffygirl for all the hats. (she is going to be real pissed when she gets back on tuesday!)
Then there are far to many others I should be thanking for all their amazing in depth analysis of the OTC and the OTT.

Val asked if we still had the voice over project and I would love to see this completed. Still have lots of work to do there. Need all the voices, sound effects and music done. I think we can make it into a really amazing OTTificationism of the OTC.

So we all need to MOLPY UP and start recording voices :) That especially means you Yappo and Val!

Another crazy Idea I had if the OTC does stop updating its frames is for mscha to create an page that releases past frames at a rate of one an hour so people can relive the ONG's from the beginning again! I know I'm crazy for suggesting this but that's what the OTT does to you!

ETA, and the silver lining: All the projects that were constantly behind can finally catch up; the voiceovers, the sourceification; the wiki can be brought up to standard, etc. Randall may be done with it, but we sure as chirp aren't!

MOLPY MOLPY MOLPY!
That's almost at 1000 views! Let's get it up there, guys!

Zooman, glad you approved of my interpretation of your ottification!
BlitzGirl - Yeah, I chose to put that one last because of that final scene. When I made it, Time wasn't even coming to an end and I never realised how emotional that ending would be...
BlitzGirl and Val - Yes, the most fun thing when making that video was picking all the most FUN frames of the OTC
Pikrass - Sure, share away!
Latent - I'll get on with voice recording ASAP! Easier now that we have ALL the dialogue ;)

I note that geekwagon is updating. I also wonder if GLR has made a deal with the owner to take it over rather than let another have to pay for the bandwidth.

I'm not intending to go anywhere. As usual, I'll respond to things I'm interested in. As usual, I'll be amazed by all of your creativity. For those who do go, thanks for all the fish. Stay well, be happy, do good.

I just want to point out that during The Fading, people put comments in their sigs that they thought time was ending. It encouraged some people to blitz faster, or just go to the present. I think it's what encouraged BlitzGirl to sprint through the end of her blitz. BlitzGirl, what do you think?

It was encouraging, but that was because everyone thought Time was endING. I don't know if it's as sigcouraging to put that Time has endED.

But the comic's still going! So, in a way, it is endING.

This is reminding me of when charlie_grumbles left. But, after a few days, he started posting again, and although he still professes to be in exile, he is once more a part of the thread. So, perhaps, although GLR says it is THE END, maybe there is yet more to come.

I haven't been here too much - mostly lurking - but all I can say is this: stay strong. Randall's efforts have gotten progressively more epic: we once thought nothing could top Click and Drag, but then came Time. His next big feat will more than make up for this.

I usually don't follow Page Pope Decrees, but here's something I wrote way back when I had less than 100 posts (I believe)

Things I Have Learned On This Thread:

others have seen the same "little known" flicks I have
the French Renaissance poet Clément Marot
a website to convert Morse code to readable language
people who know morse code well enough to dash it out at a moment's notice
(not mentioning all the other sites I've been lead to and can't remember {note: wake up more brain cells})
people who can write filk songs on the spur of the moment (on their way home from work, even)
it's possible to create a stir just by reading the backpages of a thread (and letting others know what you're up to)
it's possible to alter someone else's avatar (with permission; not posting it)
people can make a chart for most anything
that people are strange {wait I knew that, I mean I do look in the mirror}
how to post on a thread (and I can say things that aren't ignored)
a comic can go for 40 days (as of this post) and still keep folks on the edge of their seats

I'll just add:
A comic can go 122 days and even though we're told it's "The End", folks are still on the edge of their seats......

Nothing. In the early newpix of time, people would talk about the DONG at which the new image is revealed.
As a sound, it is written in capitals. And then, people started to get creative and instead of DONG, it became picturerelatedphrasONG.

Having said that, how long do you think that bobbing will go on?
It could very well be that, even though the story of Cueball & Megan has ended, we'd be able to watch the raft bobbing forever.

BlitzGirl. I have another OTC project that we need your amazing skills for. We need to find out who of the 40 spoke some of the dialogue .

Just as the two groups are about to get joined together we see some zoomed out shots of them speaking. We need to find which ones spoke so we can get the OTVO right. You named them all once they joined together but is it possible to split out which ones were in the second group because then we can make really good guesses as to who spoke in the zoomed out frames. Some of the lines are off screen so no way to know exactly so we may have to guess for them.

Hopefully this give's you something to do to keep from crying to much! Which is really hard when Yappo keeps posting videos like that!

That's a mystery I have yet to unravel.

Well as long as no one gets sea sick it should be fun.

Megan and Cueball are still out there, exploring, discovering things. it's kind of a beautiful way to end it, really.

At risk of repeating myself, while the end has been coming for a while, we've been deliberately ignorant to the signs, thinking that if we wish hard enough it wouldn't happen.

We didn't wish hard enough.

Good. Because I don't know how how many people will fit in the OTT's basement.

We'd better move the comfy chair and trebuchet out the way. (hmm, comfy trebuchet?)
It appears that, like so many other deities, Great Lord Randall chose not to listen to our prayers.

I'm sure he knows what's best for us. Right?

One request.

Please, somebody, keep the lights going until it is the very end, and the newpix stop refreshing. Keep Aubronwood and Geekwagon refreshing, and keep them going when their maintainers want them to stop.

Not until you reach a frame that doesn't refresh after two hours, three, four, would I be satisfied that this really is The End.

3100 frames could be it. But nobody will know until at least, say, 01:00 or 02:00. If the frames haven't refreshed by that time, THEN we'll know.

Most likely.

Woohoo, called it! I'm betting the hedgehog, with Lucky an outside chance.

...or possibly Lucky pursuing the hedgehog, given Lucky's ill-fated choices on who to try to eat. Then probably a loop or freeze-screen, or maybe a switch back to the first frame. A fade to white or a black-out seems less likely, since presumably Randall wants something there for people travelling the archive.

ETA, and the silver lining: All the projects that were constantly behind can finally catch up; the voiceovers, the sourceification; the wiki can be brought up to standard, etc. Randall may be done with it, but we sure as chirp aren't!

What would we do with no new Yappobiccuits tunes?

Every Newframe's Awefulsome really sums up the craziness here better than I every could - it can't be explained, it can only be witnessed.

I can certainly try to figure it out. It'll give me something to do to stop me feeling sad that Time has... that Time has...
