I say we start a movement to fill out the rest of that chart. It shouldn't be too hard given the nature of the Blogotubes.

Oh, and by the way, "Hi!" *waves*

Been lurking for awhile now. Love the comic, etc.

Don't you mean blagotubes?

Did anyone else notice that it looks like the stick figure has fingers? The arm it's raising has two sticks coming out of them.

Oh, and what the heck is a "blagoblag"?

Edit: 42nd post! Sorry, I just had to say it :D

Where's "intarwebs"? (good lord, I hate myself just for typing that)
Hello, this is bein, and I pronounce "bein" as "bein".

I always keep up with the happenings in the blagoblag when I use the webweb.

Actually, webweb would make a pretty good onomatopoeia for something. I'm just not sure what.

You're not alone, I was expecting that one too. Or interwubs.

For now I think I'm content to spin around the webosphere.

EDIT: Edited for superfluous 'o'.
EDIT 2: Edited because superfluous 'o's are pretty cool!

I don't think "internet" makes much fun of the webtubes. One thing I use a lot is "the Google", to try to keep tabs of those rumours on "the internets". (How was the internets not there?!)

I am here, just chillin' with my blago-blag, at six-thirty in the morning.

Webosphere was more aesthetically pleasing with the 'o' ... maybe you should keep it just because?

No wonder you're always around when I am. You're on the world wide net ridiculously early, and I'm on the web-blag at the normal time of 9.30pm.

Being here this early right now was just an accident. I woke up to go to the bathroom and somehow ended up here. I don't know how this happened. It always happens to me! But if you are here around five or six your time, that is two or three my time, I am still just hanging out here. I don't like the internet much, but I am on it quite a bit.

I did not even mean to interrupt the conversation about the interwebs.

Done and done. I liked it too, actually. I just thought maybe it wasn't diagramatically (that's a word, yes?) accurate.

Psh, forget that diagram. You can add letters if you want. (Don't seriously forget the diagram, though. It is a pretty sweet diagram.)

Some of the things on the chart seem unreasonable. "Web-web" seems just odd, as does "Blagoblag".

And for the record, I have heard "World Wide Net".

i find myself using 'interwub' most often. Or 'the thing', but more because I can't be arsed thinking of a real word then because it's a horrible monster. ie "I'll look it up on the thing"

Although I love the concept of a 'blogoblag', I'll stick with "Talking to Uncle Google".

what is the precise difference between a blag and a blog? and a blago anything?

And on a side note, does anyone else love puzzles that involve filling out a similar chart to figure out which pet timmy has and who owns the parrot?

:)

If I had the power, I'd change every word in every language into Gew-guhl. The only way to change its meaning would be to say it in slightly different yet distinct notes.

Blag is a deliberate misspelling/mispronunciation of blog. It came from an earlier xkcd comic.

What happened to pluralising the word, just like George Bush? How come we are not talking over the blagotubeses, instead of the webernets?

I have a new cross to add to the chart. A friend of mine is working on a messaging product named 'websphere'.

Two of my personal favourites didn't seem to be there... Webbernet (I know Webnet is close), and Intertron...

Now get off my freakin' Intertron! There's not enough room hear for all of you! :P

"Webernets" sounds like some kind of TCP/IP-compatible grill.

IBM might have something to say about that.

I'd consider changing the name :P

Its more repetition than alliteration

Assonance just means repetition of vowel sounds.
