I ARE NEW HERE BE NICE TO ME.

I ARE ALSO NOT KNOW RULES WHICH INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO HAVING SOMETHING TO SAY ABOUT THE COMIC YOU START A DISCUSSION FOR, AND LINKING TO THE COMIC IN QUESTION. EVEN THOUGH THE RULES ARE CLEARLY MARKED IN GENERAL, I FAILED TO READ THEM.

NEVERTHELESS, I HAVE SINCE COME TO MY SENSES AND DECIDED TO INCLUDE A LINK:

Ah, but then I wouldn't be providing a useful service to the community as a whole right from the get-go.

Actually if we may diverge from the topic a little, I'd have to say I'm more of a Skeletor man than He-man.

it might just be that i'm tired...but is the "wiki" part of the title supposed to relate to how people edit each other like they would a wikipedia entry?

i think i answered my own question.

anyone here ever tried editing a wikipedia entry? did it stick?

well, as a relatively experienced editor, I feel comfortable in saying that if you're not being a douchebag, your edits will stay. As long as you're positively contributing, there's no reason anyone (again, on the non-douchebag assumption) would delete your stuff.

I added an "..in games" section to Yggdrasil. The only reason it was removed is to put in a link to a bigger section "...in popular culture" (Which didn't exist at the time, but they created one and linked there).

Edit: Right now I'm concentrating on providing information for Daito-Ryu Aikijujutsu, but not actively editing it at the moment.

I remember trying to edit a section of the Runescape page once.

Some wikipedia nazi who had never played the game reverted it literally seconds later, so I had to log in and revert it back to my edit then give him a long explanation of how the game worked.

I want a geographical wiki. So I can edit Silicon Valley. Then get my edits reverted, get banned, and move to Colorado where they have pretty mountains.
One of these days my desk is going to collapse in the middle and all its weight will come down on my knee and tear my new fake ACL. It could be tomorrow. This is my concern.

I find wikipedia quite trustworthy, mainly because with so mnay editing the pages, purposefull or accidenal flaws will be removed rather quickly. Unles it's a subject nobody knows about.

I like to use commas, even when the use of them is unnecessary, in fact it may be easier to just express my thoughts in simpler terms, but then I wouldn't get to use as many commas, so perhaps this way is best.

I am secretly jealous of all the attention commas get
