Can anyone explain the "ill-advised defense" one? I get that he was going to make SOME kind of stupid defense that would work a little better with some men on the jury, but how on earth am i supposed to know WHICH ill-advised defense? there are so many directions that could go...

Does any one else think that the "Dramatic sandwich making" is what happens when this guy (http://xkcd.com/149/) realizes that he has been mind controlled in to making a sandwich? And he screams in horror that his will is no longer his own?

I've always thought of the comic as making fun of dramatic moments when someone is screaming while the hero defuses the bomb.

Also it could have been a reference to the Thing in the attic which wants it's sandwich.
