I also like the strange dual standard that individuals should be restricted yet collective organisations like unions are not as far as I can see. No inbuilt political bias there :)

Unions are restricted in the same way corporations are, AFAIK.

Unions can band together to set prices. Corporations can't.

Well, they can and do, but it's illegal. Go prove it though.

I don't really see what that has to do with their political activities.

ok. What is a Political Activity?

Getting Hired By a Lobby Firm?
How is that done?

Who else does Political Activity?
I am serious.

Do you do a Political Activity other than running your fingers over a KeyBoard?
If so, how it that going?

You can explain it in easy terms.

Vote! Everyone take a Break and Vote!
Then go back to your busy, productive and important life?

What about between The Media Circus?
What about going to Meetings and Speaking Up?

Have you tried?
I have.

I do not recommend it.
VOTE for the Pretty one.
VOTE for the one with the Wonderful name, with z's and h's.
VOTE for the one your mom had an affair with, (silly mom.)
VOTE! Then go get Drunk. What else can you do?
Life is, just, an exchange of electrons; It is up to us to give it meaning.

Some of us see The Stars.

Judge Billings Learned Hand wrote:I often wonder whether we do not rest our hopes
too much upon constitutions, upon law and upon courts.
These are false hopes, believe me, these are false hopes.
Liberty lies in the hearts of men and women;
when it dies there, no constitution, no law, no court can save it;
no constitution, no law, no court can even do much to help it.
While it lies there it needs no constitution, no law, no courts to save it.

You don't become great by trying to be great. You become great by wanting to do something, and then doing it so hard you become great in the process.
