The internet removes the two biggest aids in detecting sarcasm:
1)The tone of voice
2)the assumption that the other person is sane

There needs to be one for payday loan stores; there are at least 9 in a 30-mile radius of my house, yet only 3 McDonald's. But you wouldn't be able to put Mc in front of everything.

I would say something nice about McDonalds here, but I think the far more appropriate thing to do is revel in its ubiquity by eating it.

Here in Seattle you've got to walk for a mile to find an intersection that doesn't have a Starbucks on the corner.

Manhatten is like that, with spots where literally nine blocks in a row have Starbucks.

Its insane. You'd think they saturated the market....but no.
We figure out what all this means, then do something large and violent

I find it interesting that people will still go to these McDonald after so much bad publicity.

Semi-Related
Spoiler:
The increase of businesses that are realizing that people like a cup of coffee that isn't complete crap is limiting Starbucks ability to corner the market. I predict that the amount of Starbucks will fall off fairly quickly, fairly soon.

Our town used to have 1 McJojo's Burgers place. And 0 McDonaldses. For ages.
Then they showed up with lawyers.

Now we have a Jojo's Burgers. And three McDonaldses.

Jojo's still has better food.

Also. I wanna replace one of the three with a Burger King already. Jeez.
You go your way.
I'll go your way too.
